A control valve is provided for controlling the oil to be received by the compression cylinder from the oil source and for controlling the oil transferred at the predetermined pressure. The system includes a hydraulic motor that receives the oil transferred at the predetermined pressure, and utilizes the predetermined pressure to drive the hydraulic motor.
