  • Publication number: 20150336021
Abstract: The present invention is a system and method to produce ship and assemble customizable costume wear or creative character patterns. The producer has various costume selections for the customer to choose, usually online, which may be a fictional character, sports outfits or character, and/or other fun or festive costume wear, character or item. The producer's digital programmable printer prints the customer selected costume patterns on the print stock, which is usually a foam material. A digital cutter then cuts around the majority of the circumference of the patterns. The patterns can be cut loose with scissors, knife or other cutting instrument and the printer marked attaching seams of the patterns can be fastened together, usually with sticking tape or Velcro style fasteners by the customer or producer. The customer may customize certain sections of the costume/character patterns with the customer's own digital images.

  • Patent number: 9118867
Abstract: A system and means for the proprietary data stream format encoding of songs with lyrics in a digital radio broadcasts in a produced data stream that can be individually distributed to terrestrial and satellite digital radio broadcasters. The proprietary pre-encoding of song information with possible PAD data (Program Associated Data), song and lyrics (EISL) where the proprietary encoding allows the bit rate to be sized by the Producer to fit the fixed bit rate of the channel's Data Service, while sound and video quality is still maximized. The EISL can be converted to analog for simultaneous transmission (only audio received in analog mode). The digital radio Broadcasters do not have to make significant expenditures to broadcast the EISL data stream. There can be various different digital radio/receiver configurations to adapt to the listener/customer's needs/budget to receive the EISL transmission.

  • Patent number: 8291660
Abstract: The present invention comprises an effective manufactured insulation and ventilating assembly that can insulate a structure, usually in roofing or exterior wall applications, from conductive, convective and radiant heat. The radiant insulating and venting assembly is comprised of an upper layer of a synthetic roof underlayment style partially flexible material that is moisture resistant. The bottom layer of the assembly is made up of a radiant reflective surface. Between the upper moisture resistant layer and the radiant reflective layer are air spacer columns, approximately ?ths to 1 inch in length, that create the needed air space for effective radiant heat reflection and air and moisture venting.

  • Publication number: 20120216470
Abstract: A manufactured assembly and method used to form poured concrete foundations and walls. The foundation and wall form's lattice grid exterior face holds adequate flow though concrete, with the assistance of the exterior grid fingers, for smoothing and decorative treatments and troweling is aided by lattice grid exterior screed guide points. The lattice grid panels, the lattice grid forming panel flow through concrete and the form cavity poured concrete become a substantially monolithic structure when the concrete is set and hardens dry. Rigid foam insulation is added to the center of a lattice grid paneled poured concrete wall form.

  • Patent number: 8153046
Abstract: A wall forming system utilizing flowable construction materials, such as concrete, to construct walls. The wall forming system comprises a wall forming assembly and a method of using the wall forming assembly to form a wall having an exterior surface. The wall forming assembly comprises an exterior first panel having a plurality of openings therethrough and a second panel. The first and second panels are spaced apart so that a cavity is formed therebetween for receiving the flowable construction material. The flowable construction material will flow through the openings in the exterior panel and extend beyond an external surface of the exterior panel. The flowable construction material that extends beyond the external surface can be shaped to form various surface designs. The exterior panel and the flowable construction material become a substantially monolithic structure when the flowable construction material is set.

  • Publication number: 20110296781
Abstract: A rigid faced foam cored panel system utilized to produce an insulating finishable surface in interior and exterior applications. The long edges of the rigid foam panels may be indented to form a recessed space for tapping, applying joint compound and assisting in achieving a level finished surface. The inside surface of the rigid foam panel may be radiant reflective with air spacers attached to the reflective surface to produce the needed air space for effective radiant heat reflection. The interior application may entail using the rigid foam panel both as insulation and as a finishable varied color painted or textured wall or ceiling surface. In exterior wall or other exposed surface applications the insulating rigid foam panel may be covered with moisture resistive coverings such as stucco style textures.
