The information for maintaining the building is stored in a manner allowing users to retrieve only selective information from a vast amount of stored information. Users can query and retrieve data sets in a vast number of combinations relating to a specific building, or floor, room, system or system component in the building.

Abstract: A netting arrangement for use in trawling is described. The arrangement includes a grid portion 120 which is desirably collapsible and is formed from a plurality of loops. Each of the loops are provided with four sides, two sides having a substantially rigid nature and being separated from one another by flexible interconnectors. A netting and ramp arrangement is also described wherein the ramp assists in the selective expulsion of juvenile and small fish from the net.

The mobile wireless communications device may also include a magnetically conductive body operatively coupled between the magnetic sensor and the magnet when the first and second housings are in the first position.

Abstract: An approach for selecting communications channels to be used by a communication system includes evaluating for the presence of one or more signals both a particular communications channel currently being used by the communication system and one or more other communications channels. For the particular communications channel currently being used by the communication system, signals that use a different communications protocol than the communication system are evaluated. For the one or more other communications channels, both signals that use the same communications protocol as the communication system and signals that use a different communications protocol than the communication system are evaluated. The approach may include the use of metrics and classification of device types to determine one or more communications channels to be used by the communication system.

The door permits insertion of a medication container, containing liquid medication, into the housing in the open position. A door opening mechanism is coupled to the door. The push member enters the medication container and pushes the liquid medication out of the medication container. A lock mechanism is coupled to the door opening mechanism and prevents opening of the door when the push member is in the non-retracted position inside the medication container, wherein the lock mechanism automatically unlocks the door opening mechanism when the push member is in the retracted position.

Abstract: An anchor for boats comprises a hollow body having an outer shell of molded resinous plastic material. The body includes an integral stem having a lower end integrally joined to a ballast chamber elongated to extend transversely of the stem in opposite directions. A pair of claws are integrally formed to project transversely outwardly of the ballast chamber and transversely of the stem axis for engagement with a supporting bottom surface under water. The outer shell is designed to withstand loads imposed by an anchor line between the stem and a bottom engaging fluke or claw. Ballast material such as metal punchings and scrap pieces, and/or concrete is carried in the shell to provide sufficient anchor weight for causing the flukes or claws to bite to dig into the underwater bottom surface and hold.
