  • Publication number: 20260140400
Abstract: A disparity sensor of an augmented-reality headset is described. The disparity sensor includes a light combiner, an image sensor, and a bracket. The light combiner is configured to receive a first light output from a first light emitter coupled to a first display and a second light output from a second light emitter coupled to a second display. The image sensor is configured to capture the first light output and the second light output to produce data used for determining disparity between the first display and the second display. The bracket is configured to be mounted to a nose bridge region of the augmented-reality headset. The bracket is further configured to hold the image sensor and the light combiner. The mounting provisions that hold the light combiner to the bracket allows for less than one arcminute of warpage along a major axis and minor axes of the light combiner.

  • Patent number: 12493888
Abstract: An automated evaluation system for obtaining images for collectible items and using artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze different parameters of the images, such as an edge parameter, a corner parameter, and a centering parameter. The system can move the collectible items, which can be collectible cards, using a robotic arm or through manual manipulation to a working area to then obtain images of the collectible items using a camera or a scanner. The images can be saved to a database and accessible by a control computer to analyze the images with the AI model. The system can provide a first-pass grade as to the authenticity and condition of the card. The grade can be manually verified by a human grader.

  • Patent number: 12322074
Abstract: One or more processing devices access a scene depicting a reference object that includes an annotation identifying a target region to be modified in one or more video frames. The one or more processing devices determine that a target pixel corresponds to a sub-region within the target region that includes hallucinated content. The one or more processing devices determine gradient constraints using gradient values of neighboring pixels in the hallucinated content, the neighboring pixels being adjacent to the target pixel and corresponding to four cardinal directions. The one or more processing devices update color data of the target pixel subject to the determined gradient constraints.

  • Publication number: 20240078293
Abstract: A device for authenticating ownership of media includes a storage case configured to store and protect a media product. The media product includes unique content. An identification module is associated with the storage case. The identification module stores a unique identification code used to identify the media product and an owner of the media product. A transmitter transmits the unique identification code. The transmission of the unique identification code is used to authenticate ownership of the media product to allow the owner to access the unique content of the media product without removing the media product from the storage case.

  • Patent number: 11823357
Abstract: Certain aspects involve video inpainting in which content is propagated from a user-provided reference video frame to other video frames depicting a scene. One example method includes one or more processing devices that performs operations that include accessing a scene depicting a reference object that includes an annotation identifying a target region to be modified in one or more video frames. The operations also includes computing a target motion of a target pixel that is subject to a motion constraint. The motion constraint is based on a three-dimensional model of the reference object. Further, operations include determining color data of the target pixel to correspond to the target motion. The color data includes a color value and a gradient. Operations also include determining gradient constraints using gradient values of neighbor pixels. Additionally, the processing devices updates the color data of the target pixel subject to the gradient constraints.

  • Patent number: 11756210
Abstract: Certain aspects involve video inpainting in which content is propagated from a user-provided reference frame to other video frames depicting a scene. For example, a computing system accesses a set of video frames with annotations identifying a target region to be modified. The computing system determines a motion of the target region's boundary across the set of video frames, and also interpolates pixel motion within the target region across the set of video frames. The computing system also inserts, responsive to user input, a reference frame into the set of video frames. The reference frame can include reference color data from a user-specified modification to the target region. The computing system can use the reference color data and the interpolated motion to update color data in the target region across set of video frames.

  • Publication number: 20230126016
Abstract: A system and method for generating non-fungible tokens for collectibles. The system authenticates physical ownership of a collectible before allowing a requesting entity to generate a non-fungible token for the collectible. The system generates a fiat currency value for the non-fungible token based on the total number of non-fungible tokens already generated for the collectible and the current value of the collectible. The system tracks non-fungible tokens generated for the collectible to ensure that the proportional cost of generating a non-fungible token strictly increases as the total number of non-fungible tokens generated for the collectible increases.
