  • Publication number: 20250099756
Abstract: Electrostimulation systems and methods are contemplated in which a high current level, charge balanced alternating current electrical signal is generated for delivery to a patient's brain for the treatment of mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) and post-concussion symptoms. By stimulating the brain with a charged balanced stimulation current with a stimulation current envelope defining one or more series of pulses at particular frequencies and durations designed to evoke metabolic response in the neurons, significant improvements in efficacy and reductions in symptoms and pain may be achieved relative to earlier treatment techniques. Further advantages, especially in promoting neural entrainment, may be realized as well via utilizing multiple series of pulses at different frequencies, and via the dynamic adjustment of the stimulation waveform via incorporation of feedback signals in order to maintain charge balance in real-time.

  • Publication number: 20250098976
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for processing a set of multiple serially acquired magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) free induction decay (FID) frames from a multi-frame MRS acquisition series from a region of interest (ROI) in a subject, and for providing a post-processed MRS spectrum. Processing parameters are dynamically varied while measuring results to determine the optimal post-processed results. Spectral regions opposite water from chemical regions of interest are evaluated and used in at least one processing operation. Frequency shift error is estimated via spectral correlation between free induction decay (FID) frames and a reference spectrum. Multiple groups of FID frames within the acquired set are identified to different phases corresponding with a phase step cycle of the acquisition. Baseline correction is also performed via rank order filter (ROF) estimate and a polynomial fit.

  • Patent number: 12260291
Abstract: Methods and systems disclosed herein enable tracking user actions by generating different visually scannable codes (e.g., QR codes) for combinations of user, operator, and action(s). Each visually scannable code may be stored with user action data and an operator identifier and linked to another visually scannable code corresponding to the user. When a visually scannable code is scanned, all data associated with the visually scannable code and data associated with other linked visually scannable codes is generated for display. By generating the visually scannable codes and storing the codes in a linked state, the system is able to provide quick and efficient data retrieval.

  • Publication number: 20250093740
Abstract: An atomic object confined in a particular region of a confinement apparatus is cooled via a simultaneous sideband and Doppler laser cooling operation. A controller controls first and second manipulation sources to provide first and second two-photon transition manipulation signals to the particular region. The controller controls a third manipulation source to provide a repump manipulation signal to the particular region. The first and second two-photon transition manipulation signals are collectively configured to cause the atomic object to undergo a red sideband transition from a first ground state to a second ground state. The repump manipulation signal is configured to repump the atomic object from the second ground state to the first ground state via an excited state. The repump manipulation signal is red detuned from a transition from the second ground state to the excited state by a repump detuning configured to cause Doppler cooling of the atomic object.

  • Publication number: 20250067941
Abstract: Methods of forming an optical fiber assembly involve placing an adhesive in a ferrule assembly, heating the ferrule assembly through thermal induction, inserting an optical fiber into the ferrule bore during or after the heating step, and securing the optical fiber to the ferrule assembly using the adhesive. • Publication number: 20250064275
Abstract: Sheet product dispensers provided herein include a spindle mounted to a spindle mounting arm. A pressure plate positioned at least partially within the spindle mounting arm aligns with a roll of sheet product installed on the spindle. When the spindle mounting arm is in a dispensing state and the pressure plate is unextended, the pressure plate is configured to prevent rotation of the spindle mounting arm to a loading state, and, when the spindle mounting arm is in the dispensing state and the pressure plate is extended, the pressure plate is configured to allow transition of the spindle mounting arm to the loading state. Force from the roll of sheet product causes the pressure plate to remain unextended, and a sufficient amount of sheet product from the roll of sheet product having been depleted removes the force such that the pressure plate becomes extended.

  • Publication number: 20250045526
Abstract: The technology relates to methods for detecting and classifying emotions in textual communication, and using this information to suggest graphical indicia such as emoji, stickers or GIFs to a user. Two main types of models are fully supervised models and few-shot models. In addition to fully supervised and few-shot models, other types of models focusing on the back-end (server) side or client (on-device) side may also be employed. Server-side models are larger-scale models that can enable higher degrees of accuracy, such as for use cases where models can be hosted on cloud servers where computational and storage resources are relatively abundant. On-device models are smaller-scale models, which enable use on resource-constrained devices such as mobile phones, smart watches or other wearables (e.g., head mounted displays), in-home devices, embedded devices, etc.
