  • Publication number: 20240427135
Abstract: This Video/Camera works in the same way as do our human eyes, with the two Lenses placed six and a half centimeters apart from the center of the left Lens to the center of the right Lens, and also, the two Lenses always focusing on the same spot. Our human eyes, when wishing to see something that is closer in distance, the eyes swerve more to the center; left eye turning right, and right eye turning left. In order to target at a point from two angles, the eyes must give less attention to the wider area. All around the area, the two human eyes see a misty, vague shadow, and also double, since the two eyes look from different locations. Each Lens has two Image Sensors—a Sensor is the receiver of the light from a Lens—quite close together in parallel, the first Sensor of the two is too close in length from the Lens in order to be clear.

  • Patent number: 12122342
Abstract: A system for multiple brakes intelligently controlled by a single brake input on a personal mobility vehicle. By determining a front and rear brake differential based on the position and weight of the rider as well as the environmental and vehicle conditions, the system may reduce the risk of the vehicle skidding or tipping due to over-braking. In some embodiments, a rider may use a single brake lever to indicate a desire to brake and the system may make determinations about how to apply a combination of mechanical and electrical brakes to front and back wheels. By applying different braking systems based on a combination of controls and sensors, the system may improve user experience and user safety, especially for inexperienced riders.

  • Publication number: 20240328835
Abstract: A linear rotary encoder includes a pair of rotational surfaces. A contact belt has a first end coupled to a first rotational surface in the pair and a second end coupled to a second rotational surface in the pair. The contact belt is driven to rotate around the pair of rotational surfaces by a driving force applied to media to move the media from the first end toward the second end. An encoding scale is coupled to an inner surface of the contact belt. A reader is positioned to read the encoding scale as the contact belt rotates around the pair of rotational surfaces. The reader generates an output signal indicating a position of the media based on reading of the encoding scale.

  • Publication number: 20240287895
Abstract: Systems and methods for communicating information acoustically through a plug in a temporarily or permanently abandoned well. The disclosed embodiments use an acoustically transmissive well plug, where an acoustic transmitter coupled to a measurement tool below the plug is coupled to the plug In a manner that is intended to maximize the coupling of the generated acoustic signals to the plug. These signals are then transmitted through the acoustically transmissive plug to an acoustic receiver that is coupled to the upper end of the plug. The acoustic receiver convert the acoustic signals to another form if necessary and forwards the signals to equipment at the surface of the well, or to intermediate transceivers that can relay the signals to the surface.

  • Patent number: 12072913
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for implementing programmatic input/output (I/O) routing to datasets with user-defined partitions while providing unhandled data protection. As disclosed herein, a user may define a dataset as including one or more partitions, each partition including criteria for storing data objects written to the partitioned dataset in the individual partitions. Data objects written to the dataset can then be evaluated according to the criteria, and routed to an appropriate partition. To provide unhandled data protection, a dataset definition can include a default partition to which data objects are routed when the data object fails to satisfy the criteria of any of the set of user-defined partitions identified in the specification. Processing I/O operations according to a user-defined partitioning schema can enable data objects to be arranged according to any partitioning schema without tethering the partitioning to a particular underlying storage system.
