    Abstract: An oral care implement includes a head and a plurality of cleaning elements for enhanced cleaning of the teeth and soft tissue of the oral cavity. One tooth cleaning element has a plurality of bristles adapted to clean teeth. Another cleaning element is connected to the head and has structure defining a channel. The channel is configured to direct fluid in contact with the head toward an edge of the head when the implement is moved. The head also defines a reservoir that is configured to receive a dentifrice therein.

    Abstract: Metal stud manufacturing apparatus includes a plurality of metal shaping rollers positioned to shape and cut longitudinally a continuous metal strip into two spaced apart metal panels each having a turned longitudinal edge. A pair of opposed wire shaping elements are positioned to form a continuous wire into a continuous zig-zag pattern of wire. An assembly component receives the metal panels and the zig-zag pattern of wire and positions the wire between the panels and in contact with the turned edge of each of the panels to form a continuous beam assembly. A welding component receives the beam assembly and spot welds the wire to the turned edge of each panel to form a continuous fixed beam. A cutting component is reciprocally mounted to receive the continuous fixed beam and to hold and shear the beam at a selected area to form a plurality of separate metal beams of a desired length.

    Abstract: A safety device for measuring and indicating the level of a ladder having rungs extending between a pair of elongated ladder rails, the safety device comprising a housing dimensioned to be inserted into one of the rungs of the ladder, an electronic sensor disposed in the housing, a controller disposed in the housing, which is in electronical communication with the sensor, at least one indicator, and a power supply for supplying power to the device. The electronic sensor measures the inclination of the ladder to produce a measured inclination which the controller compares to a stored predetermined level value to produce a comparison signal. The at least one indicator receives the comparison signal and indicates to the user the comparison signal.

Upon positive determination the first event notification is sent at least to a second agent associated with the matched peer agent notification category of the PANCL. In another aspect, the agent comprises a manager notifications log storing identities of event notifications sent from the agent to the manager and a notifications processing engine that determines if a received peer agent event notification matches any event notifications of the log.

Additionally, an aerosolized medicament for the treatment of a pulmonary disease, where the medicament includes amikacin mixed with an aqueous solution having an adjusted pH from about 5.5 to about 6.3. The pH is adjusted by adding hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide to the aqueous solution.
