  • Patent number: 11318915
Abstract: The present invention is a flexible magnetic cleaning apparatus. Once installed, the flexible magnetic cleaning apparatus conforms to the curvature of a windshield, providing sufficient cleaning contact along the windshield. The flexible magnetic cleaning apparatus contains a cleaning paddle and a handle. The cleaning paddle contains a pad connection joint, at least one pad, at least one magnet, and a cleaning layer. The at least one pad is connected to and distributed about the pad connection joint. The handle is positioned adjacent to the pad connection joint opposite to the at least one pad. Each of the at least one magnet is positioned within one of the at least one pad. The cleaning layer is attached adjacent to the at least one pad opposite to the pad connection joint. This optimizes the cleaning process compared to cleaning implements that do not conform to the cleaning surface.

  • Patent number: 11322972
Abstract: Shade mitigation systems and devices to mitigate adverse effects of shade on a primary photovoltaic cell powering a load via an output terminal. The shade mitigation devices include a relay switch and a secondary photovoltaic cell. The relay switch selectively completes a circuit between the primary photovoltaic cell and the load when energized. The secondary photovoltaic cell is electrically coupled to the relay switch and is mounted in a position to monitor illumination on the primary photovoltaic cell. The secondary photovoltaic cell energizes the relay switch to selectively complete the circuit between the primary photovoltaic cell and the load when the secondary photovoltaic cell is illuminated by at least a threshold illumination. The secondary photovoltaic cell stops energizing the relay switch to selectively open the circuit between the primary photovoltaic cell and the load when the secondary photovoltaic cell is shaded sufficiently to illuminate it below the threshold illumination.

  • Patent number: 11319221
Abstract: An exemplary power system utilizes turbines configured within a water intake conduit to the desalination processor to produce power for the desalination processor. Water intakes are configured to provide a natural flow of water to the desalination processor though hydrostatic pressure. One or more turbines coupled with the water intake conduits are driven and produce power for the system. The desalination processor incorporates Graphene filters to and may include a structured water system to increase the H3O2 concentration of the water prior to Graphene filters. Discharge water may be pumped back into the body of water but be separated from the intakes. A secondary power source, such as a renewable power source, may be used to produce supplemental power for the system. Power produced may be provided to a secondary outlet, such as a power grid, all above and/or underground.

  • Patent number: 11320360
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods of optical particle counters which account and adjust for the refractive index of the carrier fluid being analyzed. The provided systems are robust and may be implemented in a variety of optical particle counters including obscured light, reflected light, emitted light and scattered light particle counters. The described systems may be useful with any fluid, including gases or liquids. In some cases, the system can account for the differences in refractive index between two liquids, for example, ultrapure water and an acid, such as sulfuric, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, acetic, phosphoric, chromic phosphoric, and the like. By accounting for the refractive index of the carrier fluid, the described systems and methods are also more sensitive and able to more accurately detect and characterize smaller particles, including nanoscale sized particles.
