  • Patent number: 12377019
Abstract: A sterile container, in particular for medical use or storage of medical products or articles, includes a tray with an external base surface and a lid with an external top surface. At least one slide support element is attached to the tray or to the lid. The sterile container is stackable with a second sterile container that is identical to the sterile container. The slide support element acts as a spacer and slide rail to prevent direct contact between facing base surfaces and top surfaces when handling or stacking the sterile containers.

  • Publication number: 20250234189
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for communications are described. A device or a group of devices may generate data. The group of devices may receive a group profile from a node that identifies the devices to be included, and the group profile may include a function to be evaluated at each of the devices. The node may also provision evaluation parameters which may allow the device to provide authenticated aggregate data to a requesting third party, without sharing the data between the devices, thus concurrently maintaining individual data privacy and data provenance.

  • Patent number: 12350205
Abstract: A patient containment system for securing a patient to a patient transport apparatus, comprising a first lower strap and a second lower strap. Each of the first lower strap and the second lower strap have a thigh region, a waist region, and a connection region arranged between the thigh region and the waist region. A first connector is coupled to the connection region of the first lower strap. A second connector is coupled to the connection region of the second lower strap, and is configured to releasably attach to the first connector to at least partially limit movement of the first lower strap relative to the second lower strap. The connection region defines a connection width, and the thigh region defines a thigh width larger than the connection width.

  • Patent number: 12342411
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station associated with a first radio access network (RAN) may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, a paging message while the UE is operating in an inactive or idle mode on the first RAN and while the UE is operating in a connected mode on a second RAN. The UE may transmit a response rejecting the paging message to the base station associated with the first RAN, and the response may include information that causes the base station to release the UE to the inactive or idle mode. Accordingly, the base station may transmit, to the UE, a radio resource control message that includes information to release the UE to the inactive or idle mode on the first RAN. Numerous other aspects are provided.

  • Patent number: 12215904
Abstract: A system and method are provided including a system controller for a refrigeration or HVAC system having a compressor rack with a compressor and a condensing unit with a condenser fan. The system controller monitors and controls operation of the refrigeration or HVAC system. A rack controller monitors and controls operation of the compressor rack and determines compressor rack power consumption data. A condensing unit controller monitors and controls operation of the condensing unit and determines condensing unit power consumption data. The system controller receives the compressor rack power consumption data and the condensing unit power consumption data, determines a total power consumption of the refrigeration or HVAC system, determines a predicted power consumption or a benchmark power consumption for the refrigeration system, compares the total power consumption with the predicted power consumption or the benchmark power consumption, and generates an alert based on the comparison.

  • Publication number: 20250009575
Abstract: A patient transport apparatus operable by a user for transporting a patient along stairs. A seat section is coupled to a support structure supporting a track assembly having a belt. A motor selectively generates torque to drive the belt. A user interface is arranged for engagement by the user, and has a direction input control for selecting a drive direction of the motor, and an activation input control for operating the motor to drive the belt. A controller in communication with the motor and the user interface is configured to limit operation of the motor in response to user engagement of the activation input control preceding engagement of the direction input control to prevent driving the belt, and to permit operation of the motor in response to user engagement of the activation input control following engagement of the direction input control to drive the belt in a selected drive direction.

  • Publication number: 20240325937
Abstract: Various types of entertainment venues, including theme or amusement parks, game arcades, and similar venues are improved by providing a local server exchanging data with a cloud server. The local server controls and communicates with game or entertainment elements at the venue. The game or entertainment elements may be games at the location, input devices used by participants, such as smart phones, and/or audio and video devices. The cloud server controls and communicates with off-site elements. The cloud server and local server may communicate and synchronize data over the internet. The entertainment venue consequently can provide varying and evolving experiences through gamification.

  • Publication number: 20240285457
Abstract: A patient transport apparatus (100) for transporting a patient along stairs. A seat section (104) is coupled to a support structure (102) supporting a track assembly (154) having a belt. A motor selectively generates torque to drive the belt. An upper area light module (335) is configured to illuminate light directed at floor surfaces in a rearward direction and constrained to a rearward volume to prevent the light from obstructing a view of a user engaging an upper handle assembly (132). A user interface (204) including an activation input control (214) for controlling the motor and an area light input control (334) for controlling the upper area light module (335) is arranged for engagement by the user. A controller (212) is configured to permit operation of the motor based on the activation input control and to operate the upper area light module in a first or second state based on user engagement of the area light input control.
