The stabilizer slidably engages with the distal region of the expandable frame and both the stabilizer and the one or more tensioners are configured for retaining the expandable frame from a lateral movement that exceeds the expanded state, and the stabilizer can include a locking element that engages with the expansion member to lock the expansion member to the stabilizer when the expansion member is fully inserted into the frame. The expanded state, for example, can be configured to have an open graft distribution window that at least substantially closes upon the reversible collapse.

A plurality of low-dimensional conductive features can be embedded in the matrix. The low-dimensional conductive features (e.g., nanowires or nanoparticles) can be conductors or superconductors. An interaction between electrons of the low-dimensional conductive features and the enhancing matrix material can promote excitations that increase a superconductivity transition temperature of the superconductor device.

Such a microlayer may be used in a film that has a core layer adjacent to a substrate layer, which is itself adjacent to an outer layer. The core layer may one or more first multilayers having at least one of carbon black particles ranging from about 25 nm to about 200 nm in diameter and Ti02 particles ranging from about 54 nm to about 390 nm in diameter. Such a film is characterized by an opacity of at least about 90%. A multilayer core layer will result in a film having an Elmendorff tear strength of at least about 27.9 g.
