    Abstract: Methods of forming a stationary housing of a rotatable cutting element for use on an earth-boring tool may include forming one or more annular recesses extending around an outer surface of a first sleeve, inserting the first sleeve within a second sleeve, joining the first sleeve with the second sleeve, and removing a portion of material from an inner surface of the first sleeve to expose the annular recesses. Methods may also include forming a first portion and a second portion of a sleeve, forming an annular recess around an entire perimeter of an inner surface of each of the first portion and the second portion of the sleeve proximate a longitudinal end thereof, and bonding the longitudinal ends of the first portion and the second portion of the sleeve along an interface therebetween. Stationary housings formed from such methods are also provided.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, an inventory storage system has a vertical stack of storage modules that extend from a first stack end to a second stack end, and are stacked on top of one another. Each storage module defines a path that forms a loop in a vertical plane, and each storage module has a plurality of inventory carriers that translate around the loop. The vertical stack has a first end section that extends from the first stack end towards the second stack end, and that includes a first end of each loop of the stack. The vertical stack also has a second end section that extends from the second stack end towards the first stack end, and that includes a second end of each loop of the stack. The sections can be transported separately by a truck or container and then coupled together at the destination.

The method includes obtaining data related to a scheduled origination and a scheduled destination for each of a set of passengers scheduled on the flights, generating a passenger connection network of connections between the scheduled origination and the scheduled destination for a subset of the set of passengers, applying at least one criterion to the passenger connection network and rescheduling at least one connecting flight based on the criteria. The system and controller solves a network flow problem to reschedule a subset of connecting flights to have a delayed projected departure time. Resulting output can include the set of delayed flights along with modified projected departure times, a set of flight cancellations and a set of passengers with missed connections.

There is a spring in a void defined by an inner surface of the annular ring, the back surface of the supporting substrate, and the upper surface of the end cap.

The puncturing mechanism comprises an alignment guide and a puncture member, wherein the alignment guide comprises a surface adapted to contact the capsule while the puncture member is advanced into the capsule to create an opening in the capsule. At least a portion of the surface is sloped relative to the longitudinal axis of the capsule. Alternatively or additionally, the surface may comprise one or more protrusions. An end section is associated with the housing. The end section is sized and shaped to be received in a user's mouth or nose so that the user may inhale through the end section to inhale aerosolized pharmaceutical formulation that has exited the capsule through the opening created in the capsule.
