  • Publication number: 20250066250
Abstract: A geopolymer formulation comprises a precursor, a reagent, and an accelerator, wherein said precursor and reagent and are mixed to form a paste, the accelerator is then added to and mixed with paste. The foundation becomes set and available for use immediately after adding and mixing of the accelerator with the paste. A method of making and applying a geopolymer formulation, includes mixing a precursor and a reagent, introducing the precursor and reagent mixture into an extruder and nozzle assembly, adding an accelerator to the precursor and reagent mixture and mixing the accelerator with the precursor and reagent mixture, and dispensing the formed geopolymer product out of the extruder and nozzle assembly after mixing the accelerator with the precursor and reagent mixture.

  • Patent number: 12224024
Abstract: A magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) array includes MRAM cells, each MRAM cell having a corresponding Magnetic Tunnel Junction (MTJ) capable of being in a blown state or non-blown state, in which the blown state corresponds to a permanent breakdown of a tunnel dielectric layer of the corresponding MTJ. Write circuitry performs a one-time-programmable (OTP) write operation to blow selected MRAM cells. For each MRAM cell being blown, the write circuitry uses an initial OTP program reference for the MRAM cell being blown to detect onset of tunnel dielectric breakdown after application of each OTP write pulse of the OTP write operation. After detection of the onset, the write circuitry updates the initial OTP program reference, applies at least one additional OTP write pulse to the MRAM cell being blown, and uses the updated OTP program reference to verify that current saturation of the MRAM cell being blown has occurred.

  • Patent number: 12217724
Abstract: A handheld imaging device has a data receiver that is configured to receive reference encoded image data. The data includes reference code values, which are encoded by an external coding system. The reference code values represent reference gray levels, which are being selected using a reference grayscale display function that is based on perceptual non-linearity of human vision adapted at different light levels to spatial frequencies. The imaging device also has a data converter that is configured to access a code mapping between the reference code values and device-specific code values of the imaging device. The device-specific code values are configured to produce gray levels that are specific to the imaging device. Based on the code mapping, the data converter is configured to transcode the reference encoded image data into device-specific image data, which is encoded with the device-specific code values.

  • Patent number: 11939289
Abstract: The selective dimerization of isoolefins, such as isobutene or isopentane, or mixtures thereof, may be conducted in a system including a series of fixed bed reactors and a catalytic distillation reactor. The system may provide for conveyance of the fixed bed reactor effluents, without componential separation, to a downstream reactor. It has been found that a high selectivity to the dimer may be achieved even though intermediate separation of the desired product from unreacted components between reactors is not performed. Further, embodiments provide for use of a divided wall column for recovery of a high purity dimer product, reducing unit piece count and plot size.
