  • Patent number: 11928612
Abstract: The system obtains a first acyclic graph including multiple nodes and edges connecting the multiple nodes. A process to create a weave of the first acyclic graph produces a matching weave when executed on the first acyclic graph by different computing devices. An addition of a node to the first acyclic graph produces a second acyclic graph. The addition of the node to the first acyclic graph changes the weave of the first acyclic graph. The system obtains a process to reach a global consensus among the multiple computing devices. The process indicates a criterion to satisfy prior to reaching the global consensus and determines whether the multiple computing devices in the network satisfy the criterion. Upon determining that the criterion is satisfied, the system adds a finalize node to the first acyclic graph to obtain a third acyclic graph. A weave of the third acyclic graph cannot change.

  • Patent number: 11902832
Abstract: The system obtains an acyclic graph including multiple nodes and edges. An edge indicates a parent node and a child node to be included in a weave indicating a linear order of the multiple nodes. The parent node occurs before the child node in the weave. The acyclic graph includes a branch node having a first and a second child node that do not have a parent-child relationship indicating the weave. The system orders the multiple nodes in the acyclic graph by ordering a portion of the multiple nodes according to a portion of the multiple edges. The system orders the first child node and the second child node by obtaining a first priority associated with the first child node and a second priority associated with the second child node and, based on the first and second priority, creating the weave by ordering the first and second child node.

  • Patent number: 11878093
Abstract: A humidification system for delivering humidified gases to a user can include a heater base, humidification chamber having an inlet, outlet, and associated fluid conduit, and breathing circuit including a supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit. The humidification system can include various features to help make set-up less difficult and time-consuming. For example, the supply conduit, inspiratory conduit, and optional expiratory conduit can be coupled into a one-piece circuit to aid set-up. Various components can be color-coded and can have corresponding structures to indicate which components should be connected to one another during set-up. Such features can also help make the set-up process more intuitive for an operator, which can reduce the need for specialized training and reduce the number of potential errors.

  • Patent number: 11880392
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for associating data with non-material concepts that allows for subsequent searching and retrieval of such non-material concepts. A concept definition is received that defines a concept identifier used for identifying data associated with the concept, and a plurality of discrete stages of the concept. Retrieved data is analyzed to determine if the data corresponds to the concept, and to determine at least one discrete stage of the concept definition that the data corresponds to. The data is stored in association with the concept identifier and the at least one discrete stage to allow for subsequent searching and retrieval. When a search request relating to the concept is received, the data associated with the different stages of the concept can be retrieved and output in a manner to capture the holistic nature of the concept.

  • Publication number: 20240022411
Abstract: A conflict-free method of independently governing user authority across one or more devices includes managing user and device authority without the use of a centralized server. The conflict-free method utilizes a conflict-free replicated data type (CRDT) which resolves potential conflicts between merging linear sequences. A first linear sequence at a first electronic device merges with a second linear sequence at a second electronic device. The first linear sequence and the second linear sequence are different due to independent processes performed on devices that are not connected via a network at some point in time. Potential conflicts between the first linear sequence and the second linear sequence are resolved in accordance with CRDTs.

  • Patent number: 11874943
Abstract: Presented here is a system that manages secured file system, and an authority to the secured file system, by granting access only to a user who is authorized to access the file system. The user within the system is identified using a unique key unique to each user. The user's authority is recorded in a linear sequence distributed among multiple devices each of which independently verifies the validity of each block in the linear sequence. The validity of the linear sequence is guaranteed by preventing certain operations from being performed on the linear sequence, such as branching of the linear sequence, deletion, and modification of the blocks within the linear sequence. Prior to adding a new block to the linear sequence, the validity of the block is independently computed by each of the devices.

  • Publication number: 20230419658
Abstract: Real-time light-detection and ranging point decimation is provided. A system of a vehicle can allocate, based on a resolution for data points, a region in the memory for a tree data structure. The region can have a fixed-size for a duration of a flight performed by the vehicle. The system can receive, subsequent to allocating the region in the memory, first points captured by a sensor of the vehicle at a first resolution, and convert the points to second points having a second resolution that is less than the first resolution. The system can then provide, for storage in the region in the memory, the tree data structure that stores the second points. The tree data structure can be used in a terrain map generation function.

  • Publication number: 20230419657
Abstract: Ray-tracing for terrain mapping is provided. A system of an aerial vehicle can identify points generated from data captured by a sensor of the aerial vehicle. The points can each indicate a respective altitude value of a portion of terrain. The system can determine, based on the altitude values of the points, a threshold altitude of the terrain, and can identify a boundary defined in part based on the threshold altitude of the terrain. The system can generate a terrain map for the terrain based on applying a ray-tracing process to the points. The ray-tracing process can be performed within the boundary, using the points as respective sources and the aerial vehicle as a destination. The system can present a graphical representation of the terrain map in a graphical user interface of the aerial vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20230402328
Abstract: A sample that includes a target structure with a structure-of-interest (SOI) having a set of known parameters optically coupled to an unknown structure, e.g., having unknown parameters, is optically measured using light that is incident on the target structure. Light detected from the target structure in response to the incident illumination light incident is used to obtain metrology data, which is a combination of a from the SOI and a contribution from the unknown structure. A set of parameter values characterizing the SOI and a set of parameter values characterizing the unknown structure are determined from a trained neural network based on the metrology data.
