The content may be encoded as temporally interlaced blocks, which interlaces frames over time. Because the frames are temporally interlaced, the computing device may be able to decode and play back a full-length or complete video at a reduced quality even if every temporally interlaced block was not received by the computing device, such as when network bandwidth is low or the network connection is disrupted. Receiving only a portion of the temporally interlaced blocks may be still be sufficient to display a full-length video at a reduced quality (e.g., at a reduced bit rate).

Additionally, a prioritized vocabulary can be provided for each user that is not shared with a public so that if the user utilizes words in their speech not common in the general public, those words can be more accurately identified by the telephone service. The service may learn and apply that vocabulary and/or the user may provide words to the service.

Abstract: A method of producing a non-dairy cheese includes fermenting non-dairy milk with lactic acid bacteria and mixing the fermented non-dairy milk with dry ingredients. The dry ingredients include one or more gums and one or more starches. The method further includes heating the fermented non-dairy milk and dry ingredients to 180 degrees and mixing oil into the fermented non-dairy milk in an in-line high shear mixer creating an oil/non-dairy milk mixture. The method further includes circulating the oil/non-dairy milk mixture through the inline high shear mixer until the droplet size of the oil in the non-dairy milk is 15 micrometers or less, removing air from the oil/non-dairy milk mixture, and packaging the oil/non-dairy milk mixture to yield a non-dairy cheese product.

The biodegradable drug implant comprises dexamethasone and a polylactic acid polyglycolic acid (PLGA) copolymer matrix, wherein the dexamethasone comprises from about 50% to about 80% by weight of the drug implant. Methods of treating pain in a patient are also provided.

Improved moisture retention can also be obtained. Bread doughs containing the selected crystalline polysaccharide materials and methods of making food products incorporating the dough are also provided.
