    Abstract: A training set that includes at least two data types corresponding to operations and control of a manufacturing process is obtained. A deep learning processor is trained to predict expected characteristics of output control signals that correspond with one or more corresponding input operating instructions. A first input operating instruction is received from a first signal splitter. A first output control signal is received from a second signal splitter. The deep learning processor correlates the first input operating instruction and the first output control signal. Based on the correlating, the deep learning processor determines that the first output control signal is not within a range of expected values based on the first input operating instruction. Responsive to the determining, an indication of an anomalous activity is provided as a result of detection of the anomalous activity in the manufacturing process.

    Abstract: A humidification system can include a heater base, a humidification chamber, and a breathing circuit. A cartridge can be removably coupled to the heater base. The cartridge can include various sensors, probes, sensor wire connectors, heater wire connectors, and/or other features. The cartridge can include features configured to mate with corresponding features on the humidification chamber and the heater base. The cartridge includes a memory, such as an EEPROM, or other suitable storage device. When the cartridge is installed on the heater base, the memory is electrically connected to a processor and/or memory of the heater base. Various models of cartridges can be produced for use with different humidification chambers, breathing circuits, and/or therapies. A connector can be configured to couple an inspiratory conduit to an outlet port of the humidification chamber. The connector can provide a pneumatic connection to the outlet port and an electrical connection to the cartridge.

Method includes receiving a DNS query for a host name from an application on client; retrieving reputation data associated with host name from a local cache on client; and determining a policy based on host name and the reputation data. Based on determined policy for the host name, blocking attempted network flows to a host corresponding to host name to produce blocked attempted network flows. Method also includes sending attempted network flow metadata related to the blocked attempted network flows to a collector on client; transmitting the attempted network flow metadata from the collector to a VPN server pool via a VPN tunnel; and producing an anomaly report from the transmitted attempted network flow metadata. The anomaly report includes at least one of anomalies, cohorts, trends, location boundaries, detected network security issues, detected compromised clients and/or optimized network usage.

The method includes, receiving, as input at a network packet broker, network traffic flow data, aggregating the network traffic flow data over a predefined time period to generate Internet protocol (IP) flow feature vectors containing metadata parameters associated with one or more particular endpoint devices, and providing the IP flow feature vectors to a machine learning element in the network packet broker. The method further includes identifying, by the machine learning element, anomalies existing in the metadata parameters included in the IP flow feature vectors, and automatically configuring one or more filter elements in the network packet broker in response to detecting the identified anomalies of the IP flow feature vectors.

An actual process is initiated by initializing setpoints for a process station in a manufacturing system. The actual process includes generating, by the deep learning processor, actual behavioral pattern data based on actual process data from the at least one process station. The deep learning processor compares the expected behavioral pattern to the actual behavioral pattern. Based on the comparing, the deep learning processor determines that anomalous activity is present in the manufacturing system. Based on the anomalous activity being present, the deep learning processor initiates an alert protocol.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide for controlling an autonomous vehicle to enter a driveway. As an example, an instruction to pickup or drop off a passenger at a location may be received. It may be determined that the vehicle is arriving in a lane on an opposite side of a street as the location, the lane having a traffic direction opposite to a traffic direction of a lane adjacent to the location. A difficulty score to maneuver the vehicle to the lane adjacent to the location may be determined, and the difficulty score may be compared to a predetermined difficulty score. Based on the comparison, it may be determined to an available driveway on the same side of the street as the location. The vehicle may be controlled to enter the available driveway.

    Abstract: Wax-based compositions for making barrier layers used in oral treatment devices are thermally stable when formed into a flat sheet or three-dimensional article to a temperature of at least 45° C. and are plastically deformable at room temperature (25° C.). The wax-based compositions include a wax fraction homogeneously blended with a polymer fraction. The wax fraction includes at least one wax and the polymer fraction includes at least one polymer selected such that, when the at least one wax and at least one polymer are homogeneously blended together, they yield a wax-based composition having the desired properties of thermal stability and plastic deformability. Barrier layers and oral treatment devices made from such wax-based compositions are dimensionally stable to a temperature of at least 40° C. without external support and can be plastically deformed in a user's mouth to become at least partially customized to the size and shape of user's unique dentition.
