    Abstract: The present invention relates to a low surface gloss styrene resin composition. The composition of the present invention is composed of (A) 80-99.9 weight % of the basic resin comprising rubber-modified styrene resin and (B) 0.1-20 weight % of syndiotactic polystyrene, the matting agent. The composition also includes (C) hydrogenated styrene block copolymer comprising styrene block and butadiene rubber block as a compatibilizer by 0.1-20 weight % for the total weight of the low surface gloss styrene resin composed of (A) the basic resin and (B) the matting agent and additionally includes (D) a plasticizer by 0.1-30 weight %. The composition of the present invention has excellent weatherability and impact-resistance in addition to the low surface gloss properties, so that it can be applied in various products, particularly exterior products for structures such as sidings and window frames, etc.

    Abstract: A thermoplastic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) resin composition of the present invention comprises (a) a bimodal graft copolymer of a conjugated diene rubbery polymer whose average particle diameter of 800 to 1,500 ? and a conjugated diene rubbery polymer whose average particle diameter of 2,500 to 3,500 ?, the conjugated diene rubbery polymers being grafted with an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound, (b) an acrylic resin of a methacrylic or acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound, (c) a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound, and (d) polysiloxane masterbatches. The ABS resin composition has excellent colorability and releasability while maintaining the inherent physical properties (e.g., impact strength and tensile strength) of the base resin.

    Abstract: A method for recovering argon and hydrogen simultaneously from a feed mixture comprising argon, hydrogen, methane, nitrogen, ammonia, and moisture by passing a two stage adsorption separation (PSA). The feed gas including 4-6% hydrogen is sent to the first stage PSA to obtain a product hydrogen during the first period of adsorption step, and to obtain an intermediate product of argon and hydrogen mixture during the next period of adsorption step. The adsorbed gases are evacuated and sent to fuel gas. The intermediate product argon and hydrogen mixture is sent to the second stage adsorption bed. The effluent of adsorption step is recovered as another product hydrogen. After the adsorption step, the second stage adsorber is undergone concurrent blowdown, pressure equalization, argon recovery, argon purge, desorption production of argon, pressure equalization, pressurization with product hydrogen. Through such cyclic operation of two-stage PSA, high purity argon and hydrogen are recovered simultaneously.
