The thermoelectric module includes a plurality of thermoelectric elements disposed between first and second substrates opposite to each other and including a metal electrode, the plurality of thermoelectric elements are formed by alternately arranging n-type and p-type thermoelectric semiconductor elements doped with nano particles, and the thermoelectric module includes a thermoelectric element doped with nano particles and connected in series through a metal electrode of upper and lower insulating substrates.
