    Abstract: Disclosed is an electrode catalyst comprising a ruthenium (Ru)-rhodium (Rh) alloy. A membrane electrode assembly (MEA) comprising the same electrode catalyst and a fuel cell comprising the same membrane electrode assembly are also disclosed.
