Abstract: A contents downloading system and a method thereof. According to the system, when a media device is connected to a detachable user terminal device, a device identifier is transmitted to the user terminal device from the media device. The user terminal device then transmits the device identifier to a server device that provides contents corresponding to the device identifier, and the server device transmits the contents selected based on the device identifier and an environment to download configured by a user. Since the media device is automatically connected to a specific website providing every kind of contents necessary for each media device based on the device identifier of the media device, the user can download the contents more conveniently without driving a web browser or selecting contents to be downloaded.

Abstract: A file list display apparatus having a plurality of files of data recorded on a vast-capacity recording medium, comprising: a detection unit for detecting all the files recorded on the vast-capacity recording medium; a controller for storing a list of the files, detected by the detection unit, in a storage unit separate from the vast-capacity recording medium; a display unit for displaying a sub-list of the list stored in the storage unit, the controller creating the sub-list; and an input unit for inputting a command used by the controller for creating the sub-list, for inputting a display command to the controller for controlling the display unit to display a next sub-list or a previous sub-list, and for inputting a skip command to the controller for controlling the display unit to display the list in a forward or backward sequential one-by-one scrolling manner having no more than a predetermined number of files in the list displayed at any one time.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for fabricating a capacitor of a semiconductor device. In the conventional art, a bit line may be shifted or bent differently from the definition on a mask due to the stress resulting from a material difference between the bit line and BPSG film. However, in the present invention, the bit line is formed after depositing an oxide material on a contact plug, thereby preventing the shift or bending phenomenon and the short phenomenon between the metal interconnection contact and bit line.
