The apparatus for customer interaction comprises a customer interaction information DB configured to map voice of customer(VOC) with customer interaction information responding to the VOC by a service provider and store the result; a VOC collecting unit configured to collect VOC in a text or voice form; a VOC analyzing unit configured to extract target texts to be analyzed from the collected VOC and analyze the extracted text to provide analysis result including the subject of VOC; an interaction information searching unit configured to search VOC related to the collected VOC from the customer interaction information DB by using the analysis result; and a response providing unit configured to determine suitability of each customer interaction information related to the collected VOC to provide the best response to the customer based on the determined suitability.

Abstract: A system and method for constructing a morpheme dictionary based on an automatic extraction of a non-registered word is provided. A non-registered word is automatically extracted based on a language-independent non-registered word automatic extraction method, and performance of a dictionary and a morpheme analysis is verified based on an automatic estimation by constructing a morpheme dictionary based on the automatically extracted non-registered word. Since the morpheme dictionary is constructed using only a dictionary in which a final verification is passed and it is helpful to improve the performance, the morpheme analysis can be properly performed on the non-registered word of a new field or a new word which newly appears as time passes.

Abstract: The inventive concept relates to a health care system, and more particularly, to a health care server of the health care system and a method of operating the same. The health care server includes a symptom collection module collecting clinical information of patient from a hospital server and health information of patient from an individual health record server; an alarm and reaction rule management module generating an alarm rule on the basis of the clinical information and the health information; and an alarm generation module monitoring the health information or the clinical information and generating an alarm when the monitored health information or the clinical information corresponding to the alarm rule. The health care server can provide a different alarm service to a patient having a different health state with reference to clinical information and health information of each patient.

Abstract: Provided are a health management system of estimating a disease probability of a user based on information collected from the user and a method of providing health information by using the health management system. The health management system includes a user device collecting and providing health data and living data of a user and a health information processing device calculating a disease probability of the user by performing statistic analysis based on an electric medical record and the health data and correcting the calculated disease probability according to the living data. The living data includes one of location information of the user and social information of the user, which designates a human connection.

Abstract: According to the inventive concept, The health management server in accordance with the inventive concept includes an interface unit receiving progression data representing a health state of a user who got diagnosis or treatment in a hospital from a user terminal; and a statistical analysis unit statistically analyzing the progression data on the basis of clinical data representing a diagnosis record or a treatment record in the hospital and generating disease progressing information of the user according to the analysis result to provide the disease progressing information as result data. The interface unit collects the progression data through the user terminal on the basis of a collection policy for determining the progression data and transmits or displays the result data to the outside in response to a result request.

Abstract: A physical examination method using a mobile terminal, and a gateway and a mobile terminal for physical examination are provided. The physical examination method using a mobile terminal may include: receiving, at a physical measurement gateway, information on a subject and information on a physical measurement device to be used by the subject through the mobile terminal; and receiving, at the physical measurement gateway, physical information on the subject measured by the physical measurement device, transmitting the physical information to a health management server, receiving physical examination results, obtained based on the transmitted physical information, from the health management server, and providing the physical examination results to the mobile terminal of the subject. Thus, a patient who has limited mobility can easily undergo a physical examination without accessing the physical measurement gateway, thereby constructing a convenient U-health environment.

The daily activities of the old person are recognized and stored in a database, thereby providing various services related to the health of the old person.

Abstract: A health care system and method using a personal health device (PHD)-based universal health platform in a ubiquitous environment are disclosed. In order to measure health record by a PHD used by a user and automatically provide it so as to be used for various health care services via platforms, the health care system includes a measurement platform for collecting PHD standard personal health data from one or more PHDs, converting the collected data into clinical document architecture (CDA) standard data, and transmitting the converted data to an information collecting platform; and the information collecting platform for generating composite CDA standard data by using the received CDA standard data and providing the generated composite CDA standard data to services.

Abstract: A system and method for providing healthcare services in a ubiquitous environment are disclosed. In order to synthetically manage healthcare related information as well as provide desired healthcare services using an IPTV, an IPTV data center and an IPTV communication network, the system includes at least one health device, a healthcare set-top mounted on the IPTV, and a healthcare server installed at an IPTV data center. The health device collects personal health data, and transfers the collected data based on a Personal Health Device (PHD) standard. The healthcare set-top analyzes the PHD standard personal health data transferred from the at least one health device, converts the analyzed data into Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) standard data, and transfers the converted CDA standard data through an IPTV communication network. The healthcare server synthetically manages the CDA standard data transferred from the healthcare set-top through the IPTV communication network.
