  • Publication number: 20050040430
Abstract: A diode circuit includes a pin diode structure, wherein the n-semiconductor layer is a buried layer, on which the i-area is deposited by an epitaxy method, and wherein a p-semiconductor layer is introduced into the epitaxy layer. A contacting of the p-semiconductor layer and a contacting of the n-semiconductor layer are arranged on the same main surface of the semiconductor substrate so that an integration with an integrated capacitor, an integrated resistor and/or an integrated inductor is possible.

  • Publication number: 20040095502
Abstract: A digital camera has a lens, a camera housing, and a semiconductor sensor. The camera housing is primarily formed of a transparent plastic block that encloses a semiconductor sensor only on its underside and has an adapted lens on its top side. Between the two there is provided an opaque layer with an aperture that improves the image quality. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a digital camera.

  • Patent number: 6664856
Abstract: An amplifier circuit with a radiofrequency transistor has a circuit for setting the operating point. The setting circuit provides a base current for the radiofrequency transistor depending on the voltage drop across a resistor that is connected into the collector circuit of the radiofrequency transistor. The circuit has a differential element, which is fed by the supply voltage and compares the voltage drop across the resistor with a reference voltage. The base current is generated by a current source in dependence on the voltage difference. The circuit requires only a low supply voltage, with the result that the power consumed in the resistor is also low. The circuit can be implemented with a small number of components.

  • Patent number: 6158302
Abstract: A torque support, especially for wheel blocks, is arranged between a gear unit housing with a drive shaft and a driven unit housing. The torque support includes a plate-shaped base body which is detachably fastened to the gear unit housing with fastening elements. The plate-shaped base plate has at least two fastening locations comprising through openings for fastening the torque support to the driven unit housing. To keep the shearing forces resulting from the torque support and acting on the gear shaft small while the torsional moment is simultaneously absorbed with low play and in such a way that load peaks are damped, a corresponding plastic ring body is inserted into each through-opening in a positive-locking engagement. A side of the plastic ring body facing the driven unit housing has an edge area which widens radially outward forms an elastic disk element arranged between the driven unit housing and the torque support.

  • Patent number: 6021318
Abstract: In a transceiver switchover arrangement for alternating connection of a first and a second receiver apparatus, and a first and a second transmitter apparatus, with a single antenna, the first receiver apparatus and the first transmitter apparatus are designed for a first frequency band f1, and the second receiver apparatus and the second transmitter apparatus are designed for a second frequency band f2. By means of on-off switches, in connection with two line sections, of which each represents a quarter-wave line for f2, and which serially represent a quarter-wave line for f1, one of the apparatuses is coupled to the antenna according to the mode of operation.

  • Patent number: 5902200
Abstract: The present invention relates to a curling stone known wherein a support shell provided with one of more openings for rendering the brake device accessible is supportively placed between the handle and the housing, the support shell being provided in its upper surface with a central bore. In a preferred embodiment, the bracket of the brake device is an inherently resilient support member of star-shaped cross-sectional configuration with preferably three to six arms, radially narrowing slots being provided in the arms for receiving the brake surface supports.

  • Patent number: 4634078
Abstract: A rope guide having a threaded guide segment and a threaded holding segment with a holddown device covering at least a part of a single rope loop on a grooved drum; the segments are made of a synthetic material and their threadings engage the groove of the drum; a slot forming element is fastened to the guide segment and the rope runs through the slot towards the drum; roller mounts are mounted by a pin on the guide segment and carry spring biased rollers forcing the rope into the drum groove.

  • Patent number: 4063883
Abstract: Manufacture of flame-retardant regenerated cellulose fibres by adding one or more flame-retardant phosphorus comounds to viscose, extruding the viscose-containing mixture thus obtained into a spinning bath, stretching and after treating the resulting filaments or staple fibres. The flame-retardant fibres are made by using as the flame-retardant agent a combination of compounds of the general formula:PN.sub.x O.sub.yin which x stands for a number between 0.09 and 1.7 and y stands for a number between 1.2 and 0, preferably approaching zero as the values of x increase towards 1.

  • Patent number: 4051584
Abstract: A cutting tool assembly which includes a tool fixture support and a clamping strap mounted on a tool holder. The tool fixture support is provided with at least one groove or bore for receiving at least one pin element on the clamping strap whereby the lateral centering of the tool fixture support and the clamping strap is effected. The clamping strap includes a vertically extending lug portion received in a channel provided in the tool fixture support which ensures the vertical alignment of the clamping strap with respect to the tool fixture support. The tool fixture support and clamping strap are mounted on either a rigid tool holder provided with at least one longitudinally extending channel for receiving at least one connecting tongue of the tool fixture support or are mounted on a resilient tool holder. The construction of the tool fixture support and clamping strap result in a construction for enabling the use of the tool assembly as either a right hand or left hand tool.
