  • Publication number: 20230362195
Abstract: A method for remote attestation includes establishing, using a cryptographic protocol, a communication session between a first computing device and a second computing device. The communication session includes communications encrypted by an ephemeral session key. The method includes receiving, at the first communication device via the communication session, from the second computing device, an attestation request requesting the first computing device to provide an attestation report. The method includes generating, by the first computing device, the attestation report based on the ephemeral session key and sending, using the communication session, the attestation report to the second computing device.

  • Publication number: 20230231850
Abstract: A method for integrating third-party encryption managers with cloud services includes receiving, at data processing hardware, an operation request requesting a cryptographic operation on data comprising an encryption operation or a decryption operation. When the operation is an encryption operation, the method includes transmitting a data encryption key associated with the data to a remote entity. The remote entity encrypts the data encryption key with a key encryption key and transmits the encrypted data encryption key to the data processing hardware. When the operation is a decryption operation, the method includes transmitting the encrypted data encryption key to the remote entity which causes the remote entity to decrypt the encrypted data encryption key with the key encryption key and transmit the decrypted data encryption key and transmit to the data processing hardware.

  • Patent number: 8728136
Abstract: A device for the treatment of rhinitis by biostimulative illumination. The device comprises a pair of LEDs (504a; 505b) containing probes (202a; 202b) adapted to be inserted into the nostrils of a patient. A probes support casing (204), the probes being normally flexibly attracted one against the other. The casing accommodates an electric power source (502), an ON/OFF normally open micro-switch (504a) and circuit means for activating/deactivating the LEDs (504a; 504b). The casing (204) is made of at least partly elastomeric material whereby the micro-switch (504a) becomes activated by pressing against a side-wing (206a) of the casing also causing the probes to spread apart from each other and the micro-switch remains closed for as long as the probes are kept apart from each other.

  • Patent number: 6247993
Abstract: A doll includes a torso slidingly supported upon the waist of the doll and configured for vertical movement between a raised and lowered position. A pair of springs bias the doll torso toward the raised position. The doll supports a pair of arms and a cam in a rotational attachment to the torso. A pedestal supported upon the doll lower body extends through a guiding bore formed in the doll torso and supports an upwardly extending pin which operates the cam causing pivotal movement of the dolls arms between an arms-lowered and arms-raised position. A flexible jumprope is secured to the dolls hands and the upward and downward pivotal movement of the dolls arms caused by movement of the torso provides a simulation of jumprope activity.
