  • Patent number: 11959380
Abstract: A method for detecting the occurrence of an event at a well comprising: recording a first set of measurements collected from the well; processing the recorded measurements to provide a first set of data; calculating a first score based on the first set of processed data; recording a second set of measurements collected from the well; processing the second set of recorded measurements to provide a second set of data; calculating a second score based on the second set of processed data; wherein the first set of processed data and the second set of processed data is the number median of absolute difference from normal; combining the first score and the second score using a weighted average; and comparing the combined scores to a predetermined rule based on a specified time frame; and allowing an operator to adjust parameters of the well operation based on the score comparison.

  • Publication number: 20240112220
Abstract: Methods, systems, and products are provided for programmatic lead generation. Embodiments include receiving, by a CTO ad server from an email client, a request for an advertisement (‘ad’) invoked by a user opening an email having embedded within it a CTO ad unit; selecting, by the CTO ad server from a database in response to the request, a CTO ad bundle, sending, by the ad server to the email client, a response with the selected CTO ad with its associated campaign ID and a redirect; receiving, by the CTO payload server in response to the email client invoking the redirect, an email address and the campaign ID; and administering, by the CTO payload server, an opt-in for a marketing campaign identified by the campaign ID with the email address.

  • Publication number: 20220317697
Abstract: A multi-dimensional trajectory planning system is disclosed that includes planning and actuator modules. The planning module executes the planning application to: determine a first dimensionality including first dimensions for a first stage, where each of the first dimensions are active, and where the first dimensions include two or more dimensions; determine a second dimensionality including second dimensions for a second stage, where the second dimensions include the first dimensions or a subset of the first dimensions, and where the second stage has a lower level of dimensionality than the first stage; based on map data and sensor data, estimates first possible future states of the first dimensions for the first stage, and estimates second possible future states of the second dimensions for the second stage based on the first possible future states; and selects a trajectory plan based on the second possible future states.

  • Publication number: 20150152074
Abstract: Furfural is produced by contacting a feedstock solution containing C5 sugar and/or C6 sugar with a solid acid catalyst using reactive distillation. Both high yield and high conversion are obtained, without production of insoluble char in the reaction vessel. Degradation of furfural is minimized by its low residence time in contact with the solid acid catalyst. Higher catalyst lifetime can be achieved because the catalyst is continually washed with the refluxing aqueous solution and not sitting in high-boiling byproducts like humins, which are known to be deleterious to catalyst lifetime.

  • Patent number: 7491003
Abstract: This invention pertains to a method and apparatus for thermally developing a photosensitive element. The photosensitive element includes a composition layer capable of being partially liquefied upon heating. Heating the layer causes one or more organic compounds in the layer to form a vapor. Oxidation of the vapor forms carbon dioxide and water vapor and reduces the need to manage waste streams containing the organic compounds.

  • Patent number: 5524648
Abstract: A combined brush and comb ("brush-comb") is used to apply tones, touches or streaks of hair treatment liquid to human hair. The brush-comb has a curved body portion terminating in a tip, which may be used to part the hair, and a head portion having comb tines and brush tufts positioned close to the tines. Each tine has at least one and preferably a plurality of grooves perpendicular to its axis to retain the liquid and to replenish the liquid to the brush tufts. In operation, the brush-comb head portion is dipped into a container of the liquid and then the head portion is pulled through the hair to apply touches of the liquid to selected areas of the hair.
