FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the undisclosed opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof, with cap rotated to an alternate position from that shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view thereof, with cap rotated to an alternate position from that of FIGS. 1 and 6.
