  • Publication number: 20240131345
Abstract: A system is provided for identifying and reducing noise in a therapeutic procedure. For example, the system may be configured to measure one or more signals with cardiac activity. The system may be configured to then identify one or more sources of noise that are distorting the one or more signals with cardiac activity and may reduce the one or more sources of noise from the one or more signals with cardiac activity. Subsequently, the system may be configured to determine one or more aggregate cardiac-derived metrics and/or save processed cardiac data based on the one or more signals with cardiac activity with the one or more sources of noise reduced. Additionally, the system may be configured to determine one or more parameters for applying an electrical signal to an anatomical element of a patient based on the one or more aggregate cardiac-derived metrics and/or saved processed cardiac data.

  • Patent number: 11963780
Abstract: An insertable cardiac monitor (ICM) with induction-based recharging capabilities and a transmitting coil for recharging the same are disclosed. The length of the monitoring performed by the ICM is extended and the functionality of the ICM enhanced, by including an internal energy harvesting module that allows for charging the ICM at a high speed without burning the patient or overheating components of the ICM. Internally, the energy harvesting module includes at least two overlapping receiving coils that are spaced to be orthogonal to each other and that have a tilt angle of substantially 45°. Such overlapping wire combination allows to minimize mutual inductance of the solenoid coils and increase the rate at which energy can be provided to the energy harvesting module. Further, the rate at which the energy is transmitted from the outside can be increased by defining in a transmitting coil a substantially triangular gap.

  • Patent number: 11933510
Abstract: This application relates to a building energy analysis and management system for measurement and verification of building performance. The system can analyze, optimize, manage, maintain, trouble shoot, and/or modify building systems, such as HVAC systems, in connection with the building energy usage. Measurements may be gathered for one or more HVAC units coupled to pressure independent valves, and sent to one or more Surge Panels that pass data to remote analysis servers, which can receive other system or external data. The analysis servers compare measurements to predicted values and can standardize the predicted values to account for external conditions. The comparison can result in difference values used to generate probable causes and optimization recommendations. The system outputs reports or other data display using a graphical user interface that can be adjusted for an anticipated user.

  • Patent number: 11929545
Abstract: Access points can be mounted in a variety of locations or orientations and can support multiple communications protocols. In some embodiments, an access point includes a main housing and a front housing. The main and front housing are connected by a hinge. A Wi-Fi antenna is included in the front housing in some embodiments. The access point is configured for use in either an open or closed position. When mounted in a vertical position, the front housing can be lowered into a horizontal position, which facilitates a preferred orientation of an antenna with respect to the ground. A first set of cooling fins serves to maintain components of the access point offset from a wall to which the access point is mounted. This facilitates airflow. Additional fins act as a spacer between the main housing and the front housing when the access point is used in a closed position. This facilitates air flow around both sides of the main housing.
