  • Patent number: 11881837
Abstract: Aspects of this disclosure relate to a surface acoustic wave device with a vertical stack over a piezoelectric layer. The vertical stack can include a first acoustic reflector disposed on the piezoelectric layer, a second acoustic reflector disposed on the piezoelectric layer, and an interdigital transducer electrode disposed on the piezoelectric layer and positioned between the first acoustic reflector and the second acoustic reflector. The interdigital transducer electrode has a first side that is closer to the first acoustic reflector and a second side that is closer to the second acoustic reflector. A vertical arrangement of the vertical stack can be configured such that an acoustic wave propagation velocity of a first region between the first side and a first reflector is faster than an acoustic wave propagation velocity of a second region between the first side and the second side.

  • Publication number: 20240020416
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may provide a data clean room allowing secure data analysis across multiple accounts, without the use of third parties. Each account may be associated with a different company or party. The data clean room may provide security functions to safeguard sensitive information. For example, the data clean room may restrict access to data in other accounts. The data clean room may also restrict which data may be used in the analysis and may restrict the output. The overlap data may be anonymized to prevent sensitive information from being revealed.

  • Publication number: 20230394035
Abstract: The following relates generally to generating a property measurement (e.g., a property value, a construction replacement cost, a property health score, etc.) of a subject property, and, more particularly, to generating a property measurement of the subject property when at least one property parameter of the subject property is unknown or inaccurate. In some embodiments, a set of properties nearby the subject property is identified, and information of the set of properties is received. At least one property parameter (e.g., a year built, a square footage, a qualitative build grade of the subject property, etc.) is optimized. • Patent number: 11819596
Abstract: A renal therapy system is disclosed. In an example, the renal therapy system includes a user interface device, such as a tablet computer. The renal therapy system also includes a renal therapy machine configured to perform a renal therapy. The renal therapy machine includes a data transfer interface configured to communicatively couple to the user interface device, a dialysis fluid pump, and a processor that operates a connectivity agent having an activated mode and a deactivated mode. When in the activated mode, the connectivity agent enables the processor to send data related to a performance of the renal therapy to a system hub. In the deactivated mode, the processor is prevented from sending the data to or receiving any data from the system hub. The user interface device is configured to receive data from and send data to the processor regardless of a status of the connectivity agent.

  • Publication number: 20230341992
Abstract: Systems and methods are described that enable augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content to be associated with precise geo-spatial locations in a physical environment. A model of a physical environment is accessed and a three dimensional mesh definition comprising a plurality of mesh cells is received where the mesh is associated with the physical environment. A given mesh cell is associated with a logical address. Augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content may be associated with a given mesh cell. Tracking data corresponding to movement of a user in the physical environment is received. The tracking data may be compared with mesh cell locations to identify matching mesh cells. Addresses associated with the matching mesh cells are used to identify associated content. The identified associated augmented reality, virtual reality, and/or other content may be rendered using an augmented reality, virtual reality, or other rendering device.
