    Abstract: A purpose of the present invention is to simplify work for causing a frame to support a decorative member. Another purpose of the present invention is to facilitate obtaining a sufficient oscillation of the decorative member with regard to the frame. This personal ornament comprises: a frame (5); a decorative member (2) which is positioned in an interior space of the frame (5); a support aperture (7) which is pierced through the decorative member (2); and a linear support member (10) which is passed through the support aperture (7) and both ends whereof are anchored to the frame (5). The decorative member (2) is oscillatably supported with regard to the frame (5) by the linear support member (10) which makes linear contact over the entire length of the support aperture (7) with an apex part (7c) of the support aperture (7).
