Abstract: A structural improvement for stretching exercise apparatus comprises a carry handle pivotally connected symmetric long bottom seats, upper surfaces of the long bottom seats having symmetric guiding slots near two long side edges; at least two sets of symmetric casters, disposed to bottom portions of two pedals, for fitting the symmetric guiding slots; and two flexible riggings disposed inside the two long bottom seats. The feature of the apparatus is that a long channel is disposed between the symmetric guiding slots and upper surfaces of the symmetric long bottom seats. A plurality of symmetric positioning circular holes is disposed to two sides of the long channel. A limit seat has four end angles equipped with cylinders. Accordingly, the distance variations generated by the pedal relatively moving within the guiding slot can be changed by regulating the cylinders of the limit seat inserted into the positioning circular holes at different positions.

Abstract: An exercise cycle with an extended handle comprises a pair of stands, a seat stand with a seat and a handle stand with a handle bar, which are crisscross pivotally engaged on the middle segment of the both stands, a set of gears pivotally engaged on the lower segment of the seat stand, a pair of pedals with cranks sets on the center of a wheel of the gears, a damper for varying the resistance of the pedal, a shock absorber to smooth the resistance of the pedal, a shaft that one end pivotally connects on a crank of the gears and the other end pivotally engaged on the handle stand, a base pivotally engaged with lower end of the handle stand, and a slide device set on the lower end of the seat stand. The seat stand and the handle stand can relatively move in a kind of scissoring movement when a user tramps on the pedal. By this way, people can exercise both upper and lower portion of the body.

Abstract: This invention is to introduce an improved structure of steppers (fitness equipment). The improved structure comprises: a main base, a supporting stand at the front end of the main base, and a cross bar that is positioned on top of and cross over the supporting stand. Two stepping bars are symmetrically installed on both sides of the cross bar, and on the stepping bars set several equally spaced lock holes for fixing stepping mats; each of the two symmetric stepping mats has a pair of properly spaced connectors at the bottom that fixes stepping mats on two lock holes of stepping bars, which enables swing curve length of the stepping mats adjustable due to multiple choices of lock holes for fixture.

Abstract: An exercise chair includes a front leg unit which is pivotably connected with a rear leg unit. A seat having a link is connected between a front end of the front leg unit and the seat, and a pivot unit is pivotably connected between a rear end of the seat and a lower end of a back rest. Two positioning plates are connected to two sides of the back rest and each positioning plate has a plurality of positioning holes. Two positioning pins each removably extend through the rear leg unit and one of the positioning holes so as to position the back rest at different angles.
