  • Patent number: 7866114
Abstract: This invention is related to a device to separate or out a distance apart structural metallic elements for concrete, between them or in relation to a surface on which concrete is going to be poured, in order to obtain coatings or layers of concrete with specified widths. The chair proposed it is made preferably of propylene and it is made by two vertical walls opposite each other and joined by a third wall orthogonal to the first two (load axis); the vertical opposite walls show on its upper end a semi-circular cavity to support an structural metallic element to be supported, and in its lower part, each one of the walls is divided in three legs, being defined the two on the ends by the vertical edges and a cavity preferably in form of arch between them, and the third being a projection of the transversal wall. All the walls show hollow arches in their lower ends and in some embodiments, preferably for pieces with heights above 2.

  • Patent number: 7770866
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for the correct alignment of forms structures for the pouring of concrete walls, the device has guide elements and assists the operator in the correct positioning thereof and fastening thereof on the layouts that it is customary to mark out on the foundation template for the raising of walls; it is a body of a single piece, produced form a plastic resine. The configuration of the device of the invention allows an operator manually or using a pneumatic gun to fasten a plurality of devices, in order to align the center “walls” so that they are parallel to one other, such that the planned thickness of the wall, corresponding to the width of the device, can be guaranteed in the section included between the guide devices. On account of its design and the material which it is produced, the device functions suitably with the form, the concrete and the reinforcing steel.

  • Publication number: 20100162654
Abstract: The invention relates to a device which is coupled to a standard conventional disk or lateral type spacer and which can be used to fix it to a relatively soft material into which the device is stick in, by pushing the device against a reference surface, which may be an adjoining wall or any form, thereby ensuring: the correct positioning of the structural elements to which the spacer is fixed, and therefore, the thickness of the concrete layer between said structural elements and the reference surface, which can provide insulation or serve as a construction joint; and hence the correct position and operation of the panel or wall of soft material serving as a construction joint or as a thermal or sound insulation material.

  • Publication number: 20090056273
Abstract: This invention is related to a device for the proper alignment of falsework structures for concrete walls cast, the device has guide and support elements which facilitate the operator the appropriate installation and fixing on the “layout” which are usually in the underframe templates for walls lifting; it is a body of one piece, made form plastic resine. The configuration of the device of this invention permits that an operator fixes, manually or by using a pneumatic pistol, several devices, in order to align paralley each other, the falsework “walls” being the projected wall thickness, which corresponds to the device lenght, able to be secured in the segment which is between the guide devices. Due to its manufacturing design and material, the device has a appropriate performance with the falsework, the concrete and the steel armature.

  • Publication number: 20090049789
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for maintaining structural elements at a distance from one another for the purpose of reinforcing concrete, said device taking the form of a disk which is formed from a single piece, preferably by means of injection moulding, using a plastic resin such as high-density polyethylene. According to the invention, the structural element is positioned along the central axis of the device and the element is inserted through a reinforced radial hole which extends from the centre of the device to one of the ends thereof, said two parts being fixed with corresponding fixing elements following the insertion of the structural element. The inventive device enables greater concrete continuity, with a larger available space for the concrete, thereby reducing the interface coefficient.
