  • Publication number: 20220181005
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-storage media are provided for utilizing a multi-layer caching system to provide fast and accurate diagnostic image renderings to a healthcare provider. After receiving a request to view medical image data that comprises at least one image frame, the system accesses a least recently used (LRU) memory cache and a local database to determine whether the requested medical image data is stored locally. If the medical image data is not stored locally, the system accesses a remote image storage and retrieves the medical image data requested. The medical image data is then transformed from a compressed format to a decompressed format and transmitted to a user for review. Additionally, the decompressed medical image data is stored locally at either the LRU memory cache or the local database until no longer needed.

  • Publication number: 20220178713
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for determining the orientation of a device based on visible and/or non-visible orientation cues. The orientation cues may be a geographically located objects, such as a park, body of water, monument, building, landmark, etc. The orientation cues may be visible or non-visible with respect to the location of the device. The device may use one or more image sensors to detect the visible orientation cues. Non-visible orientation cues may be associated with map data. Using the location of the orientation cue and the distance of the orientation cue to the device, the orientation of the device may be determined. The device may then provide an output indicating the orientation of the device.

  • Publication number: 20220076443
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods that makes use of one or more image sensors of a device to provide users with information relating to nearby points of interest. The image sensors may be used to detect features and/or objects in the field of view of the image sensors. Pose data, including a location and orientation of the device is then determined based on the one or more detected features and/or objects. A plurality of points of interest that are within a geographical area that is dependent on the pose data are then determined. The determination may, for instance, be made by querying a mapping database for points of interest that are known to be located within a particular distance of the location of the user. The device then provides information to the user indicating one or more of the plurality of points of interest.

  • Patent number: 11166121
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for receiving a first message associated with a first sponsor and a second message associated with a second sponsor for inclusion in a message collection. The systems and methods determine a first priority parameter associated with the first message based on sponsored content, and a second priority parameter associated with the second message based on sponsored content. Based on a determination that there is insufficient message inventory to include both the first message and the second message in the message collection, the systems and methods prioritize the first message associated with the first sponsor in the message collection and excluding the second message associated with the second sponsor in the message collection, based on an amount of consideration associated with the first priority parameter received from the first sponsor and an amount of consideration associated with the second priority parameter received from the second sponsor.
