Abstract: A building system for building modular structures, based on the use of universal structural elements, and their universal fasteners, where all elements are of opposite ends or bipolar elements, where each end refers to the distance from the intersection point of two connectors to the center of the holes at the time of assembly.

Abstract: This system or process has managed to produce unique parts in order to universalise the process so that in this way we can simplify the construction processes to only manufacture of a few products, so that our house models or other models can be obtained, with one and two storeys. This simplification in the manufacturing process results in a simplification of the infrastructure of our installed plant capacity.

Abstract: A modular construction system based on interconnected universal parts including at least one wall having an electrical wiring circuit built-in into the top end of the wall, electrical lateral connection links built-in into the wall, wall-ceiling electrical connection links built-in into the wall, a water pipeline circuit built-in into the wall, and corresponding fixed lateral water connection links; at least one connector to connect adjacent walls; and at least one roof piece made up of at least one inner side containing the electrical wiring network.

Abstract: A “POLYFUNCTIONAL STRUCTURAL CONNECTOR” used both as a wall connector and a vertical and horizontal structural element, in the prefabricated construction system registered under patent 002222-2015/DIN-INDECOPI. This element, as a result of the dimensions thereof and the location of the holes thereof, may be used both as a wall connector and as a system structure. It is composed of a square-section tubular part, with pre-set holes to connect the different system elements of Patent 002222-2015/DIN-INDECOPI. This element is herein referred to as Polyfunctional Structural Connector.

Abstract: This system has achieved in making unique pieces in order to generalize the construction of buildings by simplifying the construction process to the manufacture of three (3) products, to achieve our modular house models. This simplification in the manufacture process results in the simplification of the infrastructure of the installed plant capacity.
