    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method of forming a waffle slab with concrete surfaces that do not require polishing, the method comprising: providing steel molds connected to each other, and forming a space in the steel molds, wherein at least one of the steel molds has a hole; disposing a plurality of inner molds in the space formed by the steel molds; disposing predetermined steel bar cages between the plurality of inner molds, and between the plurality of inner molds and the steel molds; disposing a steel plate on top surfaces of the steel molds, wherein the steel plate comprises separate air holes; and pouring a Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) into the space from the hole of the at least one of the steel molds such that the SCC fills the space to form the waffle slab.

The method comprises the following steps: providing a plurality of columns; providing a plurality of pre-assembled bar combinations, wherein each of the plurality of pre-assembled bar combinations comprises a plurality of lower main bars and a plurality of lower stirrups, and at least one end of the plurality of the lower main bars has connection sections extending beyond the plurality of lower stirrups; hoisting each of the bar combinations so that the two ends thereof are placed on top of two adjacent columns of the plurality of columns and the connection sections of the plurality of lower main bars of adjacent plurality of bar combinations overlap; and connecting the plurality of connection sections of the plurality of lower main bars of the adjacent plurality of bar combinations.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a beam-column connection structure and a method for connecting a beam and a column. The beam-column connection structure comprises a precast column, a precast steel reinforced concrete beam and a plurality of fasteners. The precast column has a plurality of tension bars horizontally arranged inside the precast column and has an engagement assembly. One side of the engagement assembly is connected with one end of each of the plurality of tension bars, and the other side of the engagement assembly has a plurality of second holes therein. One end of the precast steel reinforced concrete beam has a plurality of first holes corresponding to the plurality of second holes. The plurality of fasteners are inserted into the plurality of first holes and the plurality of second holes such that the precast steel reinforced concrete beam is fixed to the precast column.
