  • Publication number: 20110278774
Abstract: A molding apparatus has a multilayered structure with multiple die cavities, in which, one or a plurality of constraining components are each employed to pull both a stripper in a molding die and an adjacent sealing die by two ends, so as to strip the molded article and confine a distance between the two dies. Furthermore, during a molding process, a plurality of plates are each disposed between two dies. The molding apparatus is allowed to be closed gradually. After the molding, the molding apparatus is allowed to be opened gradually. When the stripper within the molding die and the sealing die both moved to be held by the two ends of the constraining components respectively, the stripper in each molding die will be pulled out by the buckle ring, thereby to strip the molded articles. Accordingly, a plurality of molded articles can be obtained in one molding operation.

  • Publication number: 20110262765
Abstract: A metal plate press-forming process with a fine line pattern, in which the metal plate is heated and applied with a gas or liquid pressure in several stages so as to be pressed against a molding die to be formed into a shape and simultaneously to obtain a second fine-line pattern transferred from a first fine-line pattern on the molding die. A press-formed metal housing obtained using the aforesaid metal plate press-forming process is also disclosed. Also, a method of forming a fine line pattern on a molding die is disclosed, in which a patterned photoresist layer is formed on a block, and a fine line pattern on the block is formed by etching the block using the patterned photoresist layer as a mask.

  • Publication number: 20080122284
Abstract: A supporting structure for a chair, the supporting structure is a seat, a back support or a headrest. A nylon mesh is fixed on the annular upper surface of an inwardly projecting flange of the frame, and then the plastic-injection-molded engaging layer is integrally formed on the exterior surface of the frame, enabling the mesh to be firmly fixed on the frame. The elasticity of the mesh provides a comfortable and adequate support for the user's buttocks, back and head, providing comfortable seating and preventing muscle soreness. Further, the heat caused by the user's body can be vented off via the apertures of the mesh, so that the user will feel cool when sitting on or leaning against the supporting structure.
