Abstract: The present invention relates to a bath seat. The bath seat has a top, a front end, and a back end opposite thereof. The top extends between the front end and the back end of the bath seat. The top includes a centrally disposed channel. The channel includes an enlarged first end, a second end opposite thereof, and a connecting portion connecting the ends of the channel together. The second end of the channel aligns with one of the front end and the back end of the seat. Fluid entering into the channel is directed to the second end of the channel, past said one of the front end and the back end of the seat and thereby drains from the seat.

Abstract: There is provided a walker apparatus having a pair of spaced-apart, upright frame members. The walker apparatus includes a seat operatively connected to the upright frame members. The walker apparatus has a backrest cantilevered from the frame members. The backrest has at least one opening extending therethrough for permitting a user's vision past the backrest when the user grips the upright frame members.

Abstract: There is provided a mounting assembly including a frame portion of a walker apparatus having a first bore and a second bore extending in a direction generally perpendicular to the first bore. The assembly includes a shaft rotatably connected to a wheel fork. The shaft is partially disposed within the first bore. The shaft has a recess for aligning with the second bore. The recess may be annular according to one aspect. The assembly includes a securing member threadably engageable with the second bore. The securing member couples to the frame portion of the walker apparatus. The frame portion may have a closed top according to another aspect within which a first end of the shaft is positioned. The assembly may include a bearing and a female threaded member connected to a second end of the shaft, with the female threaded member situating the bearing in place.

Each connection bracket extends from a respective one of the support members to a respective one of the rods.

The assembly includes a connection member operatively connected to a brake handle. The assembly includes a gripping member that is spring-biased to slidably receive the brake rod. The gripping member has an adjustment mechanism rigidly connected thereto that adjustably engages a connection member. Actuation of the connection member tilts the gripping member upwards and engages the brake rod for braking the walker apparatus.

A collapsible basket is provided with two end members each having a rigid peripheral portion connecting the frame members and a basket member of flexible fabric extending therebetween. A self-adjusting brake rod is provided with a gripping member spring-biased to remain free of the brake rod until the gripping member is operatively actuated to engage and thereby actuate the brake rod. A brake housing fully extends around a brake pad mechanism, including a means for connecting and adjusting the corresponding brake pad, to at least the outer periphery of one of the wheels for fully protecting the brake pad mechanism.

The mounting assembly comprises a connecting member threadably engageable with the upper end and abuttable with the first annular seat.

A flexible basket member extends substantially about, extends between and is supported by the rigid end members. The end members are moveable towards each other and the basket member thereby folds to collapse the basket when folding the walker.
