    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an anti-reflective nanostructure and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to an anti-reflective nanostructure having a refractive index close to a quintic refractive index profile and exhibiting an anti-reflection effect in which a reflectance is close to almost 0. The anti-reflective nanostructure according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a base part having a top surface; and a plurality of nanostructures arranged in a first direction on the top surface and each having a shape in which an upper portion has a thin and sharp shape, a lower portion has a width greater than that of the upper portion, and the width gradually increases in a direction from the upper portion to the lower portion.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method using a sequential contact analysis of a nano-asperity in order to predict an adhesion force between two contacting surfaces and a recording medium recording a program. According to an exemplary embodiment, the method may include: receiving surface roughness data of each of the two target objects; modeling a rough surface based on the surface roughness data; computing an adhesion force value when the two target objects contact and a deformation value of the first nano-asperity; determining whether a next contact is established; iteratively performing the computing and the determining when the deformation value of the first nano-asperity is larger than the separation distance of the next nano-asperity; and determining that a next contact is not established and computing and outputting force adhesion force in a final contact situation, when the deformation value of the first nano-asperity is smaller than the separation distance of the next nano-asperity.

A distance between the transparent ground electrode and the display module is changed by inputting a touch on the transparent ground electrode, and a capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode is changed by the distance change. The position of the touch and the pressure magnitude of the touch are detected based on the changed capacitance.

    Abstract: A pressure sensor includes a substrate whose top surface is formed in the form of a projection, a first electrode formed on one side of the top surface of the substrate, a second electrode formed on the other side of the top surface and spaced apart from the first electrode; and a dielectric material layer formed on the top surface of the substrate and fills a space between the first electrode and the second electrode. A pressure applied in a direction perpendicular to the top surface of the substrate causes a change in the dielectric constant of the dielectric material layer. The magnitude of the pressure is sensed by detecting a capacitance which changes according to the change in the dielectric constant. The projection forms a stress concentration structure, through which the dielectric constant change amount according to the pressure becomes larger, thereby improving sensitivity of the pressure sensor.
