The method includes the following steps: vectorizing an existing planning scheme, and establishing a 3D model; classifying open spaces in the model, 360°-scanning for mean elevations, calculating and simulating sky views of a whole region, generating a 3D contour plot, and rasterizing the 3D isogram, such that each grid has an open space classification attribute and a sky view value; performing optimal adjustment of the building form on an open space surrounding region having a sky view value that is inconsistent with a corresponding preset sky view index within the range of the whole region, and bringing an adjusted scheme into the model for calculation again, till the sky view value is consistent with the corresponding preset sky view index.

The mobile communication terminal receives a public land mobile network (PLMN) network ID of at least one visited place operator signed with a home operator of the mobile communication terminal, and adds the PLMN network ID received to a PLMN list, in which the PLMN network ID is either unicasted or broadcasted by the network server in response to the network ID acquisition request. The mobile communication terminal conducts network access at the visited place access according to the PLMN list.

    Abstract: A use of a polymer as a synergist for a chemotherapeutic drug, wherein the polymer is a polymer having a 1,2-dicarboxylic acid monoamide structure, and after the polymer, a chemotherapeutic drug and a cancer cell are co-incubated in a slightly acidic environment which simulates a tumor tissue, a survival rate of the cancer cell is lower than that of a cancer cell incubated under the same conditions without the polymer. The polymer and the chemotherapeutic drug are injected together into a tumor-bearing animal body, the tumor-growth inhibiting effect thereof is better than that with injection of the same dosage of the chemotherapeutic drug alone.

If the target user identification card is the new card, on the basis of the type of the target user identification card, all network types supported by the target user identification card is determined, and network identities of PLMNs of all network types are determined and added to an equivalent home public land mobile network (EHPLMN) list. When the mobile terminal arrives at a new visited place and starts a network search, if a target PLMN that matches at least one network identity in the EHPLMN list is searched, a communication connection between the mobile terminal and the target PLMN is established.

A sky wave emission subsystem is disposed on a shore base and emits a high-frequency electromagnet wave. An attitude measurement subsystem measures and acquires attitude data of the buoy platform in real time. A ground wave radar subsystem receives a ground wave signal by using the ground wave radar, and processes the signal to form a ground wave doppler spectrum. Simultaneously, the sky wave signal is received, ionosphere disturbance compensation is performed on the sky wave signal in a frequency domain and then the sky wave signal is processed to form a sky wave doppler spectrum.
