    Abstract: A formation method for liquid rubber composite nodes with a tubular flow channel is provided. The formation method includes adding a middle spacer sleeve between an outer sleeve and a mandrel, bonding the middle spacer sleeve and the mandrel together through rubber vulcanization and assembling the integrated middle spacer sleeve and the mandrel into the outer sleeve; installing a tubular flow channel in the mandrel; hollowing the middle spacer sleeve to form a plurality of spaces; after vulcanization, forming a plurality of interdependent liquid cavities by using rubber and the plurality of spaces; and arranging liquid in the plurality of liquid cavities and communicating the plurality of liquid cavities through the tubular flow channel.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a new triptolide derivative as shown in formula (I). Also disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for the compound and the medical use thereof in preparation of anti-cancer drugs. Triptolide acrylate of the present invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have anti-cancer activity, and after animal in-vivo experiments, can effectively inhibit tumor growth in animals. A plurality of in-vitro experiments proves that same can significantly increase the protein expression quantity of p53, promote the apoptosis of tumor cells, effectively inhibit the growth of the tumor cells, and have the effect of inhibiting metastasis of cancer cells. More importantly, the toxicity of the compound to normal cells is less than that of triptolide.

The method is able to propagate a movement event message to a network device responsible for related data transmission and forwarding.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a mangosteen pericarp extract and process for its preparation thereof. The mangosteen pericarp extract containing ?-mangostin and ?-mangostin which obtains from preparation steps comprising fragmentation, organic solvent soaking, aqueous solution, or acidic solution soaking, concentration, spray drying and grinding steps from the rind of the mangosteen. The present invention has advantages of simple preparation process to address efficiency issue, no need to have heating under reflux in extraction steps and the solvents which used are friendly to human body and environment. The mangosteen pericarp extract (?-Xones Prime) can significantly decrease insulin resistance, and bodyweight gain induced by daily high fat diet intake. In addition, administration of the mangosteen pericarp ethanolic extract can reduce fat accumulation in the adipose and muscle tissue of rats with daily high fat diet intake.

The spatial segregation can be used to index sequence reads from individual sequencing libraries to increase efficiency of subsequent data analysis. In some examples, hydrogel beads containing encapsulated sequencing libraries are captured on a sequencing flow cell and degraded in the presence of a liquid diffusion barrier to allow for the spatial segregation and seeding of the sequencing libraries on the surface of the flow cell. Additionally, examples of systems, methods and compositions are provided relating to flow cell devices configured for nucleic acid library preparation and single cell sequencing. Some examples include flow cell devices having a hydrogel with genetic material disposed therein, and which is retained within the hydrogel during nucleic acid processing.
