    Abstract: A polarization reconfigurable apparatus, a communications device, and a polarization reconfiguration method, the apparatus including a signal generation unit, a signal adjustment unit, a digital-to-analog conversion unit, and a transmission unit that are sequentially connected. A signal transmitted by a first port in the transmission unit is orthogonal to a signal transmitted by a second port in the transmission unit. The signal generation unit is configured to generate a first signal. The signal adjustment unit is configured to determine a polarization mode of a to-be-transmitted signal, divide the first signal into two first signals, and adjust an amplitude and a phase of a 1st first signal and an amplitude and a phase of a 2nd first signal based on the determined polarization mode.

    Abstract: Compositions of matter, methods, modules, and automated instruments may relate to synthesizing a library including an editing cassette including a different gRNA and donor DNA pair, amplifying the editing cassette in a partition separate from other editing cassettes in the library, adding nuclease to the partition, and adding lipofectamine to the editing cassette and nuclease to form a lipofectamine/nucleic acid/nuclease complex. A microcarrier coated in extracellular matrix or a cell adhesion molecule coating may be added to the lipofectamine/nucleic acid/nuclease complex. Cell growth material, the microcarrier, and mammalian cells may be transferred to a growth module in an automated closed cell editing instrument via a liquid handling system. The mammalian cells may be allowed to seed on the microcarrier. Conditions may be provided for the mammalian cells to take-up and be edited by a payload associated with the lipofectamine/nucleic acid/nuclease complex.

    Abstract: Implementations of a method for seeding sequence libraries on a surface of a sequencing flow cell that allow for spatial segregation of the libraries on the surface are provided. The spatial segregation can be used to index sequence reads from individual sequencing libraries to increase efficiency of subsequent data analysis. In some examples, hydrogel beads containing encapsulated sequencing libraries are captured on a sequencing flow cell and degraded in the presence of a liquid diffusion barrier to allow for the spatial segregation and seeding of the sequencing libraries on the surface of the flow cell. Additionally, examples of systems, methods and compositions are provided relating to flow cell devices configured for nucleic acid library preparation and single cell sequencing. Some examples include flow cell devices having a hydrogel with genetic material disposed therein, and which is retained within the hydrogel during nucleic acid processing.

The approximate computation model utilizes the characteristic that spiking frequency domain coding ignores the time semantics of a spiking sequence, compresses the distribution of spiking signals on a time step, and greatly reduces a spiking routing process and a subsequent neural computation process. The time-driven accelerator replans the computation process of the spiking neural network, sets a deduplication queue and a bitmap to solve the problem of spiking jitter, and realizes efficient support on the inhibitory spiking neural network.
