    Abstract: Ultrasound images of a patient's cornea or sclera include speckles that can be tracked between frames to measure tissue displacement, such as during a heartbeat that changes intraocular pressure. Speckle tracking techniques and noise reduction filters allow for the strain within the tissue to be calculated and compared to known thresholds to determine stiffness. These measures will be used to diagnose keratoconus and other ophthalmology disorders at an early stage, as an abnormally low stiffness or heterogeneity in stiffness will indicate high risk for progression of certain diseases.

The devices may include a module hook clamp with a clamp body with clamp body arms extending upward from a clamp body base. The clamp body arms may include downward-facing hooks that engage a portion of the solar module's return flange and the outward-facing surface of the solar module. A spacer may optionally be positioned between the clamp body arms. The spacer may seat the solar module. A hook arm with a generally curve-shaped seating surface may extend below the clamp body base. The devices may further include a module attachment bracket that secures a second solar module in a similar manner as the module hook clamp. The module attachment bracket may include a platform that seats the hook arm of the module hook clamp, and a hook arm receiver that receives and secures the open end of the hook arm.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-dimensional analysis method for a tripping risk of a whole transmission line due to a lightning shielding failure. A quantity of thunderstorm days, a tower size, a terrain proportion, an altitude, and insulation configuration data are collected for a transmission line for which a tripping risk due to a lightning shielding failure needs to be analyzed, and a striking distance, an exposure distance, a lightning resisting level of the line after altitude factor correction, and a lightning shielding failure risk of a single-base tower are calculated in turn. Characteristics of a lightning shielding failure under different nominal heights, quantities of thunderstorm days, and terrains are studied. Representative combination conditions are selected to calculate a tripping risk of a typical tower due to the lightning shielding failure. A weight coefficient is extracted, to calculate a tripping risk of the whole line due to the lightning shielding failure.

    Abstract: Itraconazole, a widely used antifungal drug, has been found to possess potent anti-angiogenic and anti-hedgehog activities, exhibiting promising antitumor activity in several human clinical studies. The wider use of itraconazole in the treatment of cancer, however, has been limited by its potent inhibition of the drug metabolic enzyme CYP3A4 which causes drug-drug interactions. In an effort to eliminate the CYP3A4 inhibition of itraconazole while retaining its anti-angiogenic activity, we synthesized a series of itraconazole derivatives. The newly synthesized analogs of itraconazole were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and their inhibitory activity against CYP3A4 enzyme.
