  • Publication number: 20250201355
Abstract: A novel retrosynthetic prediction method using fragment-based tokenization combined with transformer architecture is disclosed. Chemical reactions are represented using changes in a set of fragments of a molecule using an atom environment fragmentation scheme. An atom environment (AE) is an idealized and chemically meaningful component and generates a high-resolution molecular representation. Describing a molecule with a series of AEs establishes a clear relationship between translated product-reactant pairs due to the conservation of atoms in the reaction. A top accuracy of 67.1% within a biologically similar range on the USPTO test dataset is achieved, which outperforms other state-of-the-art translation methods. The impact of various encoding scenarios on the prediction of reactant candidates was investigated. A novel template-free model for retrosynthetic prediction provides fast and reliable retrosynthetic pathway planning for materials with distinct fragmentation patterns.

  • Patent number: 12323735
Abstract: A method for transmitting web-conference content over a network connection is disclosed. In one embodiment, such a method conducts a web conference over a network connection. The method monitors characteristics of the network connection in order to determine bandwidth of the network connection during the web conference. The method implements, on the network connection, a “raw” mode wherein audio data of the web conference is transmitted over the network connection in an original format. Upon detecting a low bandwidth condition on the network connection, the method toggles from the “raw” mode to a “saving” mode where audio data of the web conference is converted to text at a first end of the network connection, transmitted over the network connection as text, and converted from text back to audio data at a second end of the network connection. A corresponding system and computer program product are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250156658
Abstract: A transmission mode of an interrogation from an RFID reader is the basis for determining a responsive communication. Transmission modes matching a pre-defined pattern are the basis for returning expected information, such as an identification code. When the received interrogations do not match a transmission mode, information not helpful in identification is returned, such as, for example, a null code, an incorrect code, or an error code. An RFID tag includes a circuit for analyzing frequencies of the received interrogation, the analysis revealing the transmission mode, which may include frequency value or range, duration of transmission, and number of frequencies received during the interrogation.
