    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for cleaning substrate without damaging patterned structure on the substrate using ultra/mega sonic device, comprising: applying liquid into a space between a substrate and an ultra/mega sonic device; setting an ultra/mega sonic power supply at frequency f1 and power P1 to drive said ultra/mega sonic device; after micro jet generated by bubble implosion and before said micro jet generated by bubble implosion damaging patterned structure on the substrate, setting said ultra/mega sonic power supply at frequency f2 and power P2 to drive said ultra/mega sonic device; after temperature inside bubble cooling down to a set temperature, setting said ultra/mega sonic power supply at frequency f1 and power P1 again; repeating above steps till the substrate being cleaned.

Based on the object spatial position and a set of source spatial positions at which the set of audio speakers are respectively located in the playback environment, a set of non-negative optimized gain values for the set of audio speakers is determined. The audio object at the object spatial position is rendered with the set of optimized gain values for the set of audio speakers.

When un-pre-crosslinked chitosan is used in the step 1), the method further includes comprises the step 5) mixing the membranous immobilized cell, polypeptide, oligopeptide or protein with phosphate salt, so that chitosan molecules therein are crosslinked with each other.

When the user is seated on the seat pan, the torsion spring is deformed with the rotation of the spindle, accumulating elastic potential energy and damping the descent of the seat pan. When the user stands up from the seat pan, the torsion spring releases the elastic potential energy to drive the spindle reversely and help the user to stand up. The chair with an elastic lifting seat pan according to the embodiment of the present invention application can be used to help the elderly and the weak people, and also to relax in public places and leisure places to reduce fatigue.
