  • Patent number: 8041591
Abstract: A format conversion decision definition generating unit 104 stores information whether or not a response message format from a service unit 134 may be utilized in all later service callings of a business process without format conversion in a repository 121 as format conversion decision information 127, by referring to business process definition information 105 and adapter definition information 106. Then, when a business process operation control unit 132 executes the business process, an adapter operation control unit 133 refers to the format conversion decision information 127 about a target service 134 at the time, and skips the format conversion when information indicating that the format conversion is unnecessary is stored in the format conversion decision information 127.

  • Patent number: 7724712
Abstract: A printer (103) belongs to a service set (107) and communicates via an access point (101) in the infrastructure mode. The printer (103) searches for a beacon periodically. If a beacon is received from a terminal such as a digital camera (104), the printer registers the terminal address, service-set identifier and communication mode, which are contained in the beacon, in a function table. The printer sends each terminal, which has been registered in the function table, a frame that is for searching for a terminal that has a required function. If the response to the frame is positive, then the printer registers the fact that the search succeeded in the function table. A similar function search is conducted also by a digital camera (104) for which a print command has been issued, and the digital camera creates a function table. If there is a terminal (a printer) having the required function, the digital camera (104) transmits print data to this terminal.

  • Patent number: 7588610
Abstract: A vacuum cleaner of the present invention guides air and dust sucked from an inlet 12 to a dust collection chamber 29 through a guide path 41. A cylindrical passage member 55 is located at a linear section of the guide pipe 41 so that its axial line may come along a direction in which the linear section 52 extends. A plurality of vent holes 47 are formed on the passage member 55 and each of the vent holes 47 is covered with a mesh filter 50. When dust is accumulated in the dust collection chamber 29 to some extent, air flowing into a lead-in pipe 43 flows to the outside (the side of a bypass passage 31) through the vent holes 47 and is guided directly to an outlet by bypassing the dust collection chamber 29.

  • Patent number: 7331739
Abstract: A wear amount of a working tool T during the machining of a workpiece is estimated during the machining, and a positional command generated in accordance with a predetermined machining program is sequentially corrected during the machining based on the estimated wear amount of the working tool T. The workpiece W is machined in accordance with the corrected positional command. Also, the wear amount of the working tool T upon the interruption of the machining operation is calculated, and the positional command generated in accordance with the predetermined machining program is corrected based on the calculated wear amount of the working tool so that a tool edge position of the working tool T upon the interruption of the machining operation coincides with the tool edge position of the working tool T upon the restart of the machining operation when the machining operation is restarted at a position where the machining operation has been interrupted.
