  • Publication number: 20050135918
Abstract: A cover glass transfer device for a sample sealing apparatus performs picking up a cover glass (CG), one at a time, and sealing a cell sample piece placed on a glass slide. A plurality of CGs are stacked in layers at an angle. An elevating member movable up and down with respect to the CG is provided with a holding rod and a push rod which are biased downward by a spring and are movably inserted therethrough. A suction face of a suction pad fixed on the lower end of the holding rod is disposed above the lower end of the push rod in a state where the rods are stretched out downward. The suction pad comes into contact with and holds by suction the top CG upon the descent of the elevating member following the holding rod. Due to the ascent of the elevating member, an upward force caused by the holding rod and a downward force caused by the push rod work on the top CG.

  • Publication number: 20050093051
Abstract: A semiconductor device capable of effectively eliminating noise on multilayered power lines with a bypass capacitor. A first power line is connected to the bypass capacitor. A second power line is a line from which a part located above the bypass capacitor is removed. Contacts connect the first and second power lines. Therefore, noise appearing on the second power line travels to the first power line, resulting in effectively eliminating the noise with the bypass capacitor.

  • Publication number: 20040133822
Abstract: To create a screen and a calling program for each service component, and a screen sequencing program when a system for allowing an application developer to make confirmation through a dialogue with a screen as to how to select a combination of existing service components, each work and input/output data thereof are defined, correspondence of each work to service components available in the work is defined, and a flow among the works is defined. Based on such definitions, an input screen and an output screen are created for each work, and flow definition information of the works is converted into flow definition information of screens so as to create a screen sequencing program. The program is executed through a dialogue with the application developer in accordance with an input operation of the application developer. A system for allowing the developer to make confirmation through a dialogue is produced.

  • Publication number: 20030205984
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of controlling a numerically controlled machine tool having a plurality of feed shafts. Also, the present invention relates to a numerically controlled machine tool. According to the present invention, it is possible to solve conventional problems so as to realize highly accurate machining even when a moving body of the machine is moved at high speed. As the means for solving the problems, an appropriate command corresponding to a frictional force of the feed mechanism of the numerically controlled machine tool and also corresponding to a change in the weight of a workpiece is estimated by calculation, and the thus estimated command is outputted into the drive unit of the feed shaft motor so as to drive the feed shaft motor.

  • Publication number: 20030053904
Abstract: In order to detect the position of notch or orientation flat during high speed rotation while preventing deviation of position of a wafer by gripping the wafer securely, an aligner 1 comprises a machine bed 10, a transfer arm 20 of a water 3, and a holding clamper 30. The holding clamper 30 has upper arms 33, 34, 35, and is designed to grip the wafer 3 securely, and is elevatable by means of an elevating drive unit 15, and is also movable in the horizontal direction of the upper arm 3 by means of an opening drive unit 16. Accordingly, the wafer 3 put on the transfer arm 20 is gripped by the holding clamper 30 and rotated by one revolution, so that the position of the notch is detected by a detector, and the notch is moved to the reference rotation position. Further, en engaging pawl is disposed in the upper arm 33, and when gripping the wafer 3, the engaging pawl can be engaged with the notch of the wafer 3.
