The recombinant herpes simplex virus of the present invention can be used to infect and kill tumor cells, and can be used for gene drug delivery into tumor cells for gene therapy.

Every 1 mL of the visualizable radioactive CMS suspension includes: CMS: 10 mg to 500 mg; a therapeutic radionuclide with an activity of 5 mCi to 500 mCi; an imaging radionuclide with an activity of 0.1 mCi to 100 mCi; a small organic molecule: 0 mg to 100 mg; and a first solution: 0.1 mL to 1.0 mL. The preparation method mainly includes a process of allowing the CMS to adsorb the small organic molecule, the therapeutic radionuclide, and the imaging zirconium [89Zr]. The visualizable radioactive CMS suspension can realize both local radiotherapy and real-time imaging of a solid tumor lesion, and thus achieves the visualized treatment of a tumor, which provides a new radioactive CMS product that integrates diagnosis and treatment.

    Abstract: Disclosed embodiments are related to techniques for powering compute platforms in low temperature environments. Embodiments include a preheating stage that is added to a power up sequence. The preheating stage may include a force-on stage and a force-offstage. During the force-on stage, all power rails of target components are forced to an ON state so that the target components consume current. When a target operating temperature is reached, the power rails of the target components are turned off, which causes the target components to revert back to their initial (pre-boot) state allowing the normal boot process to take place.     Abstract: A metal nuclide-loaded carbon microsphere (CMS), and a preparation method and a use thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: subjecting a metal ion and a small organic molecule to a reaction in an aqueous solution to obtain a complex; allowing a CMS to adsorb the complex; and subjecting the CMS adsorbing the complex to a first treatment. The metal nuclide-loaded CMS prepared by the method can stably exist in an aqueous solution at a temperature of lower than 180° C. and a pressure of lower than 10 MPa and has a metal nuclide dissolution rate of lower than 0.1% in the aqueous solution. After the prepared metal nuclide-loaded CMS is subjected to moist-heat sterilization at 121° C. for 15 min, a radionuclide release rate is still lower than 0.1%, which can significantly reduce the safety risk of the radioactive microsphere product in clinical use.
