    Abstract: A monolithic bus slave circuit structure is provided, including: a monolithic integrated chip, a rectifier bridge, a first light circuit, a second light circuit, and a third light circuit. The monolithic integrated chip includes a bus voltage input pin, a ground pin, a first drive signal output pin, a second drive signal output pin, a third drive signal output pin, and a power output pin. Both the bus voltage input pin and the ground pin are connected to an output end of the rectifier bridge, two input ends of the rectifier bridge are connected to a positive line and an negative line of a bus respectively, the ground pin is grounded. The monolithic bus slave circuit structure realizes the intelligent constant current drive function and drive the light circuits with constant current in the voltage range of the whole bus, which does not depend on the parameters of the LEDs.

    Abstract: A device and a method for continuous temperature gradient heat treatment of a rod-shaped material are disclosed. The furnace body of the device includes an upper heating zone and a lower heating zone inside, which are independently controlled in temperature by means of an upper heating power supply and a lower heating power supply. Moreover, both the upper heating zone and the lower heating zone are closed heating zones. The closed heat insulation plates could prevent heat loss and ensure precise temperature control of the upper heating zone and the lower heating zone. In the device, a vacuum pumping equipment is included; an annular radiation screen is configured between the upper heating zone and the lower heating zone, and the rod-shaped material is not in contact with the annular radiation screen The rod-shaped material conducts one-dimensional heat transfer along the axial direction.

    Abstract: Various downhole logging tools and methods of using and making the same are disclosed. In one aspect a method evaluating cement bond quality in a well is provided. In a well with a particular casing/tubing configuration, waveforms of acoustic energy returning from the tubing and the casing with the tubing present are recorded. A frequency spectrum from the recorded waveforms is determined. Amplitudes of the returning acoustic energy at one or more preselected frequency(s) of interest of a range of frequencies at which the amplitudes are noticeably affected by cement bond quality for the particular casing/tubing configuration are determined. The determined amplitudes are compared with one or more baseline amplitudes to look for indications of cement bond quality. Other aspects involve time domain analysis.
