    Abstract: A charging base, including a charging circuit, a power supply circuit and a control unit; where the control unit is electrically connected to the charging circuit and the power supply circuit; when a charging voltage or a charging current of the charging circuit exceeds a preset threshold, the control unit controls a connecting line on the charging base to connect to a ground to form a short circuit and be disconnected from an external charging power supply, and controls a charging mode of the charging circuit to switch to a power supply mode of the power supply circuit for supplying power to a safety reminder unit provided on the charging base. The solution in the embodiments can turn off the power output in time and provide a safety alarm when the hardware circuit of the charger fails.

    Abstract: In a corneal measurement system, an optical element focuses an excitation light to an area of corneal tissue at a selected depth. In response, a fluorescing agent applied to the cornea generates a fluorescence emission. An aperture of a pinhole structure selectively transmits the fluorescence emission from the area of corneal tissue at the selected depth. A detector captures the selected fluorescence emission transmitted by the aperture and communicates information relating to a measurement of the selected fluorescence emission captured by the detector. A controller receives the information from the detector and determines a measurement of the fluorescing agent in the area of corneal tissue at the selected depth. The system may include a scan mechanism that causes the optical element to scan the cornea at a plurality of depths, and the controller may determine a measurement of the fluorescing agent in the cornea as a function of depth.

The method further includes loading the plurality of rows of the compression-encoded matrix into a corresponding plurality of work memory banks, and providing decoded input data to a matrix computation module configured for performing the scheduled matrix computation. For each work memory bank, a next defined element value and a corresponding schedule tag are read. If the schedule tag meets a scheduling condition, the next defined element value is provided to the matrix computation module. Otherwise, a default element value is provided to the matrix computation module.

    Abstract: Systems and methods according to present principles provide for three axis force sensing in a convenient and manufacturable way. In one implementation, a vibrating motor is attached at the fixed end of an anisotropic structure, such as a rod, which then vibrates in a circular motion. A monitor such as a 3-axis accelerometer is also attached to the anisotropic structure. The resulting motion is then mapped electronically for analysis. With no force applied, a circular motion is achieved. When a net force is applied to the free, vibrating end of the rod, the circular pattern which is traced out becomes distorted, e.g., progressively flattened into an ellipse, in a repeatable way which is directly proportional to the applied force. The axis of the applied force can be ascertained according to the direction in which the ellipse forms. Systems and methods according to present principles may be used in any application in which force sensing is needed, e.g., robotics, including robotic surgery.

    Abstract: Apparatus and methods for desulfurization and decarbonization of a process gas containing sulfur oxides and CO2. Ammonia may be used as a desulfurizing and decarbonizing agent. The gas may enter a desulfurization apparatus for desulfurization, and to produce an ammonium sulfate fertilizer. The desulfurized gas may enter a decarbonization apparatus to remove carbon dioxide in the gas, and to produce an ammonium bicarbonate fertilizer. The decarbonized gas may contain free ammonia. The decarbonized gas may be washed with a desulfurization circulating fluid and then with water. The washing fluid may be returned to the desulfurization apparatus for use as an absorbing agent for desulfurization. Acidic desulfurization circulating fluid may be used to wash ammonia, thereby achieving a high ammonia washing efficiency, and a low ammonia slip during the decarbonization process.
