    Abstract: A split oil seal composed of double springs and double rings comprises an elastic outer ring intended to be statically mounted in a cavity outside a bearing box or gear box, and an elastic inner ring intended to be sleeved on a shaft of the device and held by the outer ring. The outer ring has an outer ring cut and the inner ring has an inner ring cut. The split oil seal further comprises a radial forcing element and a circumferential forcing element, wherein the radial forcing element exerts tension in both directions directed to outer circumferences and inner centers of both the outer ring and the inner ring in radial directions thereof, and the circumferential forcing element exerts a circumferential closing force to the inner ring. By using the split oil seal composed of double springs and double rings of the present invention, the advantages of convenient mounting and removal as well as strong anti-disengaging ability are achieved.

    Abstract: A durable palm fiber composite material is obtained by impregnating an unprocessed palm bark in a resin adhesive solution prepared by using a palm leaf as a raw material and then hot-pressing. The palm bark is dried under a natural state without additional processing. The palm leaf is made into a tannin resin adhesive solution under the effect of additives such as furfuryl alcohol, paraformaldehyde, and others. A pH value of the adhesive solution is controlled to be 9-11. A solid content is 40-60%. An adhesive amount applied to the palm bark by the resin adhesive solution is 800-1500 g/m2. Odd number of layers (three or more layers) of palm barks that are impregnated by the resin adhesive solution and are hot-pressed to the composite material. Hot-pressed parameters are as follows: the temperature is 150-180° C. the unit pressure is 0.8-1.5 MPa, and the time is 10-30 s/mm.

    Abstract: A method for constructing a recognition model of a moisture damage of an asphalt pavement, and a method and system for recognizing the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement are provided. The method includes the following steps: S1, acquiring an initial dataset through a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) pavement field survey; S2, acquiring a time-frequency image set; S3, adjusting a resolution of a time-frequency image; and S4, constructing the recognition model and recognizing the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement with the recognition model. —A method and a system for recognizing the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement are further provided. The method for constructing and the method and the system for recognizing solves a technical problem of detecting the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement automatically to not only improving a precision of a moisture damage recognition, but also providing a novel method for analyzing GPR original data.

    Abstract: A method for adaptively selecting a ground penetrating radar (GPR) image for detecting a moisture damage is provided. The method adaptively selects the GPR image according to a contrast of the GPR image. The method includes the following steps: S1, reading pre-processed GPR data; S2, adjusting a resolution of a picture; S3, inputting a data set into a recognition model; S4, outputting a moisture damage result; S5, judging whether there is a detection target or not by using an initial random image data set; and S6, generating the GPR image randomly incrementally and selecting the GPR image with a proper contrast. A proper B-scan image is found effectively, quickly and automatically by combining a recognition algorithm and a deep learning model or an image classification model to achieve an automatic recognition and detection based on the GPR image and improving a recognition precision as well.
