The loading apparatus includes a pedestal configured to support a workpiece; and a first support member placed on the pedestal and configured to push up a cover ring when the pedestal is at an operation position to prevent an overlapping portion of a cover ring and the workpiece from contacting each other. In the loading apparatus and the PVD apparatus, the first support member supports the cover ring, such that the cover ring does not contact the workpiece, thereby reducing stress forces on the workpiece by external components.

    Abstract: A mechanical seal for sealing against a rotating shaft includes a static ring positioned about the shaft and a movable ring positioned about the shaft and in sliding contact with the static ring. The movable ring is rotatable with the shaft and a tray sleeve is attached to one of the movable ring and the static ring, with the tray sleeve being selectively movable in an axial direction along the shaft. Wear between the static ring and the movable ring causes the tray sleeve to move in the axial direction. The tray sleeve includes an indicator and relative movement of the indicator along the shaft is in proportion to the wear between the static ring and the movable ring.

    Abstract: The present invention first proposes a novel expression for pairwise positive document weighting scheme and defines its symmetric dual, negative document frequency weight scheme. Their relation equations are derived and their global normalized forms are also provided. Their combination positive negative document scheme is also defined, which can quantify the features' capability of measuring the commonness of documents as well as the features' capability of distinguishing documents. The invention further proposes another form for positive document frequency via applying the strict proper score algorithm and its dual form for negative document frequency is also derived. The invention also defines the binary term frequency and its associated various document representation methods when combined with different weight schemes. The extension from common discrete token features to slightly complex features such as sentences are also presented for the above schemes and term frequencies.

The device includes a voltage-sudden-change detecting circuit, a current detecting circuit, and an abnormality detecting unit. The voltage-sudden-change detecting circuit is configured to detect whether a sudden change in voltage has occurred to a battery and output a sudden-change signal when the sudden change in voltage has occurred. The current detecting circuit is configured to detect a consumption current of the battery and output a small-current signal when the consumption current of the battery is smaller than a preset current threshold. The abnormality detecting unit is coupled with the voltage-sudden-change detecting circuit and the current detecting circuit, and configured to determine that the battery is abnormal upon reception of the sudden-change signal and the small-current signal, store state information on battery abnormality, and send the state information to a controller of a terminal device.
