The terminal device determines, based on the downlink reference signal detected within the one or more COTs, whether a channel needs to be reconnected. According to the method for radio link monitoring on an unlicensed spectrum that is provided in this application, accuracy of radio link monitoring performed on an unlicensed spectrum can be ensured, precision of a result of the radio link monitoring can be improved, and a more accurate result of the radio link monitoring can be obtained, thereby improving communication efficiency and communication quality.

    Abstract: An intelligent electric-vehicle charging station is provided. The charging station includes at least one charger. Each charger includes at least one power conversion unit and at least one charging terminal. Each power conversion unit includes an alternating-current power distribution module, a plurality of rectification modules, a switch matrix and a power controller. The alternating-current power distribution module supplies power to each power conversion unit and the at least one charging terminal. The rectification modules are divided into a plurality of groups of modules. The plurality of groups of modules is controlled, through the switch matrix, to be connected to a plurality of direct-current output circuits. Each direct-current output circuit is connected to one charging terminal. The switch matrix switches each group of modules in the plurality of direct-current output circuits according to a control instruction of the power controller.

For example, during a read operation, the error correction includes a read retry determination to account for link errors that are detectable by cyclic redundancy check (CRC) but not correctable by error correction coding (ECC). Reducing the number of read retry operations performed may improve system performance by reducing the number of clock cycles spent on retry operations that could have otherwise been allocated for other system services (e.g., completing read and write operations). Additional CRC calculations and checks may be used to determine when to perform a retry in addition to existing CRC and ECC checks, reducing the number of potential retry operations and improving system performance.
