    Abstract: A method for processing account information in a block chain is provided. A computer device receives identity information and a transfer request, the transfer request requesting to transfer a resource in an account to a target account, the target account being generated by a certificate center. The computer device obtains owner information of the account from the certificate center according to the transfer request. The computer device compares the identity information and the owner information. The computer device transmits an authentication request to the block chain in response to determining that the identity information and the owner information are consistent, the authentication request requesting the block chain to transfer the resource in the account to the target account.

    Abstract: One embodiment of the invention describes a synchronization signal sending method applied to an unlicensed frequency band. To ensure transmission fairness, a network device performs listen before talk (LBT) before a start time for transmitting a synchronization signal, to determine whether a channel is busy or idle. When the channel is busy, the network device cannot transmit the synchronization signal at the expected start time for transmitting the synchronization signal. Therefore, the network device performs LBT again within a preset time length after the start time, and sends the synchronization signal when determining that the channel is idle by performing LBT again. When the channel is idle, the network device preempts a channel resource, and sends the synchronization signal the expected start time for transmitting the synchronization signal.

A UE beam switch from a UE beam to another UE beam of the plurality of beams is scheduled based on the maximum offset, which includes using the maximum offset to determine how often the UE beam switch can be performed.     Abstract: Compositions and methods for controlling pests are provided. The methods involve transforming organisms with a nucleic acid sequence encoding an insecticidal protein.
